If it is thought that after the mind of rejoicing, a special moment of mind arises, and from this, the mind that obtains the object of merit with rejoicing, should later be dedicated by the mind of dedication, this is the meaning of that statement. Then, even so, saying "should be dedicated" is not reasonable. If the two minds do not meet, then the mind of mind and so on are also like that. The meaning of black should be combined like this: the consciousness that arises in the first moment is the moment itself, so there is no share of the second moment. Similarly, what arises in the second moment also does not arise because the cause is incomplete, so it does not exist in the first moment. Thus, when what should be dedicated and the dedicator, the minds that arise in the first and second moments, those two do not meet, therefore if they do not arise simultaneously, then how can the mind of dedication that arises in the second moment dedicate the mind of the object of merit with rejoicing that arises in the first moment? If it is said that the non-arising of the previous mind itself exists at that time, so it is dedicated. Then, the nature of the mind also cannot be dedicated, because it is the meaning of non-self-nature. The blessing of the Blessed One and the Holy Maitreya, the hundredfold giving answers: then the king of gods, the hundredfold giving, etc. are mentioned. The idea is that the nature acknowledged in the mundane, by doing things itself is momentary, so apart from being included in the action of special arising, there is nothing else that can be included. Therefore, after the special mind of the yogi's rejoicing, the mind of the object of merit with rejoicing will arise very specially. And after that, being perfumed by the habit of the root of virtue, the extremely special and excellent mind, in the image of dedication, arises by the power of the law of dependent origination.

Because the use of terms is inappropriate for a moment, in front of children, it is because of relying on constant dharmas, and because of relying on language, that sound is established. Regarding this occasion of the suchness of things, the noble Maitreya Bodhisattva said: The object of meritorious action that the Bodhisattva Mahasattva rejoices in should be dedicated to the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment. With this speech, it is spoken in terms of action, agent, and activity, etc. In this regard, one should also completely abandon a small part of the object, and only grasp the sound, and not generate the conceptual thought that makes children afraid, this is the meaning. Furthermore, after rejoicing in this way, the object of meritorious action that is rejoiced in and possessed should be dedicated to the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, this word should be spoken, and previously the noble Subhuti himself should also, with his own words, for the sake of the conventional aspect, promise the intention as stated, with this thought, he spoke of how the noble Subhuti is, etc. If one does not grasp with the intention as stated, then at that time there is no other way, how should one dedicate? Because it is not possible in any way, therefore one should grasp the intention as stated, this is the concluding remark. In order to show that, it is said to be possessed of rejoicing, etc., and it is related to how to grasp well by completely grasping, and to dedicate well by completely dedicating. In order to show the meaning of the non-perverted characteristic of dedication, it is said that after that, the venerable Subhuti, etc., for the creation, it is done in advance by the wisdom of conceptual thought. As a basis, it is placed in front as an object of the object. Because it is dedicated with the words that should be dedicated, it is dedicated by conceptual thought. Therefore, all conceptual thoughts are inherently mistaken because they cling to the appearance of their own nature as meaningless.

It is said that how one would not reverse perception with certain thoughts, and so on. In order to answer, the Blessed Subhuti said, "If," and so on. The phrase "if one does not perceive that mind as mind" means that one should not cling to the mind that is completely dedicated, thinking that it is the mind in the ultimate truth. If so, what are the merits? It is said, "Thus, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva," and so on. In order to gather closely, it is said, "How that mind," and so on. In that way, if one clings to the mind that is completely dedicated, thinking, "This is it," how does one not understand that mind? If one does not realize it, if one completely dedicates in that way, then at that time, because one has entered the cause of not truly seeing, it is not a reversed perception, and so on. Like this, if one grasps an object without discrimination as having an object, then at that time one will be confused. Because this person, like a magician, realizes that there is no object to be known, and then completely dedicates with discrimination, then because one fully understands one's own nature, how can one be confused? That is what is said. In order to clarify the implied meaning, it is said, "If with which mind," and so on. Like a magician, Illusory horses and so on are the realm of activity, Knowing that the mind has no object, Therefore, confusion will not arise. In this way, the completely dedicated mind and so on also enter like an illusory person, so it will not be reversed, so it is said again, "If," and so on. "Which mind" is to be completely dedicated. The phrase "knowing like this" refers to the cessation and so on that will be explained in the stages of preparation and conclusion. "Like this mind" refers to the main practice stage. The phrase "the nature of that mind is also like that" means that the completely dedicated mind is the nature of cessation and so on because it is separated from its own nature. "Which dharmas" refers to reality.
