Since it is common with all sentient beings and completely dedicated to the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, both are mentioned. The act of loving-kindness itself, as spoken of in "thinking thus in the mind," and so forth. The so-called derangement of the faculties is because of constantly employing harmful thoughts, which gives rise to changes in the eyes and so on. The so-called change in complexion is the change and anger of one's own nature. The so-called being controlled by anger refers to its faults. It is said that because generosity and so on are inexhaustible, one should dedicate them to perfect enlightenment with the power of mindfulness and so on. Thus, if one focuses on all dharmas, one will generate an understanding that follows the path. It is said that the aspects described, expressed in other words, will generate sixteen moments. Do not doubt this. It is also said: "Suchness and the Buddhas, Mutually dependent, without dependence, Not acknowledging names, And the great and the measurable, Immeasurable and infinite, In those places, forms, etc., Determined as Buddhahood, And without taking, without abandoning, etc., Loving-kindness, etc., and emptiness, Buddhahood is attainment, Purity, all completely gathered, Terror and dispelling all diseases, Nirvana, clinging to peacefulness, And protected by the Buddhas, etc., Not killing, etc., In the manner of all-knowing, The self abides, sentient beings, Establishing and generosity, etc., Dedicating to perfect enlightenment, The moment of path-wisdom." Thus it is said. That which corresponds to the decisive aspect of the path of seeing should be taken from the explanation of all-aspect knowledge. If that is the case, then the grounds such as the Joyful One are also mentioned there, because the path of seeing and so on of the Bodhisattvas is shown, why show it again? It should be said that relying on the complete understanding of cause and effect, it is said to be the all-aspect knowledge of the Tathagatas, therefore the path of the Victorious Ones is from that
