布施的果报是身色如金；以布施高楼房舍等殊胜之物，得皮肤柔嫩；以完全断除喧嚣等事，得毛发一一向右旋；以如实安顿一切上人，得面如狮子；以任何情况下都不用粗暴之语伤人，得上半身如狮子； 以随顺悦耳语和善语，得臂膀圆润；以布施医药等物，得双肩丰满；以服侍病人，得知美味之最；以使森林和园林等得以兴建，得如榕树般身广周匝；以特别布施寺庙等，得顶髻庄严；以宣说柔和语等，得舌相广长；以使世间一切众生了知殊胜之法，得梵音妙响；以断除绮语，得面颊如狮子；以恭敬一切人等，得牙齿洁白；以清净的活命方式，得牙齿平整；以恒常使用真实语，得牙齿紧密；以断除离间语，得具足四十齿；以视一切众生如独子，得眼绀青；以无有嗔怒等，得如莲花般。 如是说：手足具有轮相，足如龟腹；手足指间有网相连；手足柔软且具童相；此身七处高广；手指纤长，足跟宽广，身躯高大正直；足踝不外露，毛发向上生长；腿如羚羊般，手长妙好；阴藏隐没；皮肤金色，皮肤薄细；毛发一一向右生长；面颊丰满如狮子，上半身如狮子；此人臂膀圆润，双肩丰满；于此人而言，不美味之物亦显美味；身如榕树般周匝；顶髻庄严，舌长美妙；具梵音，面颊如狮子，牙齿非常洁白。

The result of generosity is a body color like gold; by giving excellent things like mansions and houses, one obtains smooth skin; by completely abandoning clamor and other things, one obtains hair that curls to the right, one by one; by properly arranging all superiors according to their positions, one obtains a face adorned with a lion's mane; by not offending with harsh words in any situation, one obtains an upper body like a lion; By conforming to pleasant and well-spoken words, one obtains very round arms; by giving medicine and other things, one obtains full shoulders; by serving the sick, one knows the best of flavors; by allowing forests and gardens to be properly built, one obtains a body as wide as a banyan tree; by especially giving to monasteries and other places, one obtains a head adorned with a crown protuberance; by speaking gentle words and so on, one obtains a long tongue; by making all beings in all realms of the world understand the excellent Dharma, one obtains the voice of Brahma; by abandoning frivolous words, one obtains cheeks like a lion; by respecting all people and so on, one obtains white teeth; by having a pure livelihood, one obtains even teeth; by always using truthful words, one obtains closely spaced teeth; by abandoning divisive words, one obtains forty teeth; by regarding all beings as if they were one's only child, one obtains dark blue eyes; by being without anger and so on, one obtains eyes like a lotus. It is said: Hands and feet have the mark of a wheel, and feet like a tortoise's belly; fingers and toes are connected by webs; hands and feet are soft and youthful; this body has seven high places; fingers are long, heels are wide, and the body is tall and straight; ankles are not visible, and hairs grow upwards; legs are like an antelope, and hands are long and beautiful; genitals are hidden; skin is golden, and skin is thin; hairs grow well to the right, one by one; cheeks are full like a lion, and the upper body is like a lion; this person's arms are round, and shoulders are full; for this person, what is not delicious appears to be the best flavor; the body is as wide as a banyan tree; the crown protuberance is adorned on the head, and the tongue is long and beautiful; has the voice of Brahma, cheeks like a lion, and teeth are very white.

牙齿平整美好，数量圆满四十颗，眼睛是深蓝色，眼睫毛如同殊胜者，这些三十二相，这些相是什么？成办的因是什么？因为这些都极圆满，所以这些相才得以真实成就。供养上师等等，以及如实受持坚定，摄受、依止和丰饶的财物布施和应调伏者，解脱和善根，如实受持增长等等，是成办之因的特征，如经中所说。又，八十随好是什么呢？比如，对一切行无有贪执，所以指甲如同铜色；对一切有情有饶益的增上意乐，所以指甲的颜色润泽；增长殊胜种姓，所以指甲高；没有不合规矩的行为，所以手指圆；积聚善根，所以手指丰满；如实渐入，所以手指纤细；善于守护身等业和生活，所以脉络不显现；解开烦恼的结，所以没有脉结；具有极隐秘的法之智慧，所以踝骨不显现；在一切难行之处救度众生，所以足部平整；善于制伏他人，所以如狮子般行走；善于制伏龙，所以如象王般行走；善于于虚空中行走，所以如鹅王般行走；善于成为人中之胜，所以如人中之胜般行走；与顺时针方向一致地行走，所以向右旋转行走；善于美妙，所以美妙地行走；恒常没有心意动摇，所以不摇动地行走；作真实宣说功德，所以身体端正庄严；不为罪法所染污，所以身体洁净。

The teeth are even and beautiful, the number is fully forty, the eyes are deep blue, the eyelashes are like those of the supreme one, these are the thirty-two marks. What are these marks? What is the cause of their accomplishment? Because these are all extremely perfect, these marks are truly accomplished. Offering to the lama and so on, and truly upholding steadfastness, gathering, relying on, and abundant wealth, giving and taming those to be tamed, liberation and roots of virtue, truly upholding and increasing and so on, are the characteristics of the cause of accomplishment, as it is said in the sutras. Furthermore, what are the eighty minor marks of excellence? For example, being without attachment to all conditioned things, the nails are like the color of copper; having a superior intention to benefit all sentient beings, the color of the nails is smooth; increasing the supreme lineage, the nails are high; without any improper conduct, the fingers are round; accumulating roots of virtue, the fingers are full; truly entering gradually, the fingers are slender; carefully guarding the actions and livelihood of the body and so on, the veins are not visible; untying the knots of afflictions, there are no knots in the veins; having the wisdom of extremely hidden Dharma, the ankles are not visible; liberating beings in all difficult places, the feet are even; being skilled in subduing others, walking like a lion; being skilled in subduing nagas, walking like an elephant king; being skilled in walking in the sky, walking like a goose king; being skilled in being the best among humans, walking like the best among humans; walking in accordance with the clockwise direction, walking turning to the right; being skilled in beauty, walking beautifully; always without mental wavering, walking without shaking; making true declarations of qualities, the body is upright and dignified; not being defiled by sinful dharmas, the body is clean.
