It should be understood that the knowledge of non-arising is as previously stated. As it is said: In the nature without cessation, By the path called seeing, What kind of conceptualization Can be exhausted and attained? Thus it is said. If it is not so, if one asserts that phenomena truly exist, then it would be very difficult for the Bhagavan to have abandoned all the conceptualizations of afflictions and the obscurations of knowledge. Thus, meditating that arising and ceasing are empty, therefore selfless, completely abandoning the clinging to self, and correctly focusing on the aggregates and so forth, which are dependently originated, and the nature of arising and ceasing, which are empty of that. Since things and the cognition of them are determined together, therefore thinking that these are only mind, and there is no external object, thus attending to it, if the clinging to the mind with the aspect of grasping is not completely abandoned, then abandoning the clinging to external objects. When one is certain that if there is no object of grasping, then there is no grasper, even the nature of the aspect of grasping, which is only consciousness, is completely eliminated, thereby being certain that only non-dual wisdom is the truly existing nature. And, since it is dependently originated, therefore it is without self-nature like an illusion. In reality, it is free from the nature of examining things and non-things, and so forth. When the power of meditation is perfected, just as some people's cognition of jewels and silver, and so forth, when all the signs of delusion are abandoned, and the nature like an illusion appears, the yogi correctly abandons the obscurations of knowledge, because how is the non-conceptual wisdom born from one's own self-awareness born? If it is not so, then just as constantly clinging to space as merely the nature of insubstantiality, because of clinging to the self-nature that cannot be produced or abandoned, if the momentary phenomena, the self-nature of mere cognition, and the characteristics of what is to be known, truly exist in the ultimate sense and are one, then by practicing the antidote, like space, one cannot do anything to them.

Therefore, since the inverted view of clinging to things cannot be reversed, others consider it a wonder that the Bhagavan has completely abandoned all obscurations of knowledge and also affirms the existence of dharmas, which they see as contradictory. As it is said: 'Others also hold that dharmas exist, and the teacher also teaches about knowledge, yet they say that obscurations are exhausted; I consider this a marvel.' Because it is not appropriate to be liberated from such clinging to things, therefore, without any negation or affirmation of the nature of imputation and superimposition, one should contemplate this very dependent arising of forms and so forth, which has become the nature of conventional truth, as having the nature of emptiness and so forth. In this way, just as a magician defeats another magician, the inverted view is reversed, and if one sees the suchness, one will be liberated. This should be understood. As it is said: 'In this, there is nothing to be removed, nor is there anything to be added. See the reality as it is; having seen the reality, one is liberated.' As it is said. As previously explained, because the demons became displeased due to meditating on the non-inverted suchness, which transcends all opposing factors, it is shown that the Lord said, 'Subhuti, when,' and so forth. As before, to address the doubt of 'Why is that?', the Lord said, 'Bodhisattva Mahasattva,' and so forth. The summary is that the Lord said, 'Subhuti, therefore,' and so forth. Since the path that is mainly seen is the cause of great enlightenment, to address the doubt of 'How should one practice the Perfection of Wisdom?', the Lord welcomed it with 'Why is that?', and extensively showed the path that is not commonly seen, that is, the Lord said, 'Subhuti, Bodhisattva Mahasattva,' and so forth. Thus, after indicating each one individually, in order to express it in general, the Lord said, 'Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, to the other shore'

It has been said, "All six perfections," and so on. For example, the Prajñāpāramitā is the supreme term for the complete fulfillment of the six perfections. As previously stated, merely practicing the Prajñāpāramitā will completely perfect the cultivation of the six perfections. This is a concluding statement. Here, because it is intended to briefly express the text, it should be understood that even by practicing each of the perfections, such as generosity, one can perfect the cultivation of the six perfections. Furthermore, in the Twenty-five Thousand Verse Perfection of Wisdom Sutra, it says: 'Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva completely gives generosity, he abides closely with sentient beings through the actions of body, speech, and mind with loving-kindness, that is his perfection of moral discipline.' Similarly, enduring those who scold and slander the recipients is likewise the perfection of patience. Not abandoning the joy of giving in the face of the anger and fault-finding words of beggars is the perfection of diligence. Dedicating that generosity entirely to omniscience and having no mind distracted by the states of Śrāvakas and Pratyekabuddhas is the perfection of meditation. When giving generosity, abiding with an illusory mind, not seeing that anyone is benefited or harmed, is the perfection of wisdom.' Similarly, from maintaining moral discipline to cultivating wisdom, each one is encompassed by the complete perfection of the six perfections, and it should be explained as stated in the Sutra. Therefore, it is said: 'Each of the perfections, such as generosity, among the six perfections, such as generosity, is individually one. The nature of all the perfections is that they mutually encompass each other. In a single instant, it encompasses the forbearance of knowing the Dharma in suffering, distinguished by the purity of the three spheres, arising in thirty-six aspects, that is the peak realization, and it should be known that this is the path of seeing here.' This is what is to be expressed.
