To fully know the minds of others, including their desires, to remember one's own and others' past lives, to see all forms, to abandon afflictions and the obscurations to knowledge, and to realize the very nature of primordial peace—this is the instruction on the six superknowledges. In the path of seeing, the very nature of the sixteen moments gathered by the four truths, in the forbearance of dharma and subsequent knowledge, and for those with the nature of wisdom, realizing that all dharmas are without inherent existence, like a magician, that yogi with a body who has no attachment to anything, truly meditates on the antidote to what is to be abandoned. This is the instruction on the path of seeing. Just as conditioned and unconditioned things cannot be established as mutually different because of their single nature, so too, because the object is not different from the things directly realized by the path of seeing as described above, there is no difference between the paths of seeing and meditation, so there is no establishment of the characteristics of the path of meditation. However, it is the instruction on the path of meditating on it as the very antidote to what is to be abandoned, as the nature of dependent arising. Thus, these ten instructions are spoken of by the name of Prajnaparamita because it is desired to be concise here. Thus, in the Twenty-five Thousand Verse Prajnaparamita, the text of each instruction is shown only clearly, and it is not written in a way that is easy to understand for fear of many texts. To what kind of Bodhisattva should such an instruction be given? The Blessed One, however, and so on, has been mentioned. The conjunction "if" is synonymous with "that is." "Thus" means that the Bodhisattva and the Prajnaparamita are unattainable. In the ten objects of instruction, the mind is not afraid and does not shrink back. Why? Because it is not ignorant, it is not afraid. Because it is by faith that one relies on the Dharma, therefore, at first, one is not disturbed by the fear of having no place to rely on. Always diligent and not lazy in the teachings.

The reason is, why doesn't it become timid? Because it doesn't become the previous state. Therefore, because it possesses wisdom. Therefore, among all the wise, one is not afraid of fear. When pointing out nearby, his mind does not retreat, nor does he regret it. Because the mind itself has conquered that mind, and does not retreat. Because the mind will not be conquered later. Therefore, because one possesses faith and wisdom, one will not ultimately be filled with fear. One will not be afraid of all uncertain fears. Or, at the time of speaking, etc., one grasps both the text and the meaning in order, without being afraid, without retreating, without being timid. Why? Because one has completely determined the meaning of one's own realm without contradicting the valid means of perception, inference, and scripture, one does not become timid, and one's mind does not retreat. Because one has conquered, one does not retreat. Therefore, in the beginning, middle, and end, one is not alarmed, not afraid, and not filled with fear. This "this" refers to the Bodhisattva who is skilled in distinguishing between the conventional and the ultimate, and who is free from timidity, etc., with regard to the teachings as spoken. His "that" is that meaning. The word "this" does not state the nature, so how does one hold the Prajnaparamita? The answer is that in the spoken words, etc., not doing timidity, etc., this meaning is the ten practices, etc., of the Prajnaparamita that have already been spoken. Therefore, because one has grasped what the meaning has thrown out, there is no fault. To put it briefly, it is said "if" etc. If that Bodhisattva, with the teachings just spoken, abides in the realm as spoken, then at that time, this pointing out nearby, which is done by the Bodhisattva in order to obtain the meaning he seeks, is the teaching and the subsequent teaching, and should be understood in this way. By doing so, for the mind of enlightenment and the nature of the Dharma thrown out by it, what is the practice of the Prajnaparamita?
