Therefore, at that time, from what should it be said that the nature of reality in the state of purity arises? It is not observed that the nature of reality arises from falsehood, because it has no power. If it had power, how could it be false? If such an appearance is itself false, then how could others be true? Therefore, this would only become without cause, but that is also unreasonable, because it would lead to the fault of becoming permanent, etc. It should also not be said to be free from delusion. If it were possible for all appearances to change in the state of purity, then at that time, this would also be one of the possibilities. Why would delusion change, but the appearances not be able to change? Because there is no connection between them in the way they are described. Like a cow and a horse, there is no connection, and it is not necessarily the case that if one changes, the other must change, because it would lead to the fault of being too extreme. However, if someone thinks that the knowledge of something is non-dual and free from elaboration, and that its self-established nature becomes one, that is also unreasonable. If it were self-established, then it would not depend on holding onto the basis of individual determination, so such an existence would not change at all. Therefore, it would contradict fame, etc. If someone thinks that because the antidote arises from the power of the previous moments, something changes into its nature from the cause of individual determination, and that this is the nature of the cause, that is not very beautiful. As the previously stated proof has established that everything is without substance, the nature of ultimate cause and effect is unreasonable. This is why it is said. Therefore, when things are analyzed, how can there be many when no nature connected to one is established? Because many are the nature of an accumulation of one. Therefore, the reason is not unestablished. If all appearances are without substance, being devoid of the nature of one and many, then they should be directly perceived, because their object is substantial.

If one grasps with measurement, wouldn't it become without realization because there is no end? If asked, how is the proof established? The answer is no. The establishment of inference as stated before, its nature has been proven to be pervasive in one and many. Among these inferences, the pervasiveness of some inferences is held by the pervasiveness held by direct perception, so how can one's own measurement not be exhaustive? Because it holds certainty and the dharma of the same class. Because it exists in the concordant class, it is also not contradictory. Like this, if the proof as stated before is established, it will be established in reverse. If one enters into a real thing, then, with its own nature and those born from it, with the unbearable separation of discrimination and observation there, how can it enter into other natures such as illusions that are separated from the nature of real existence? Because it will fall outside the nature of things. Therefore, the argument that exists in the most famous example is uncertain. How is it contradictory? However, we have not established an example that is related to both dharmas, because we admit that illusions etc. are the nature of consciousness and are truly existent. If one thinks that therefore the argument is uncertain, that is not the case. Like this, all consciousness that appears as the nature of things is shown to be non-things by the establishment of inference as stated before. Therefore, since illusions etc. are also harmed by measurement, it is established as the nature of consciousness, and the example will not be established. There is no example of things becoming such a nature by the power of their own will, so this is not possible. If one thinks: even if it is established that it exists in the same class, how can one be sure that the argument does not contradict the opposite class and will not become the fault of doubt? If no statement can cut off a certain nature, then that which has not been cut off is characterized by mutual exclusion, for example, cutting off things.
