In treatises, it is said to be the object of generality, not the object of its own self-nature. If it is thought that by knowing the appearance of the object of generality, one can realize the self-nature of things, it is unreasonable. Because the self-nature that is contrary to different kinds is the cause of knowing with the appearance of non-difference. In treatises, it is said to be the general characteristic. Therefore, the wisdom of the yogi who holds it, through the power of meditation, clearly appears, and the arising is the object of its own self-nature. How can the object of generality hold its own self-nature? There is no contradiction. If asked, how can mutually contradictory things be held by one consciousness? It should be said that if some things are mutually contradictory, even so, their simultaneous appearance in consciousness is not contradictory. Because one consciousness can also simultaneously hold many different things. For example, whatever has the characteristic of existing separately from each other, it is contradictory to become one, and whatever cannot exist simultaneously is contradictory. These things appear in the same consciousness, and will not become one, nor will they become the same direction. Therefore, it is not contradictory that these things appear in the same consciousness. Even if they are contradictory, they can also be seen to appear in the same consciousness. For example, peacocks and sparrows, which have the characteristic of existing separately from each other and cannot exist simultaneously, can be held simultaneously by eye consciousness. If it is thought that even if contradictory things appear in the same consciousness, it is not contradictory, then why do sentient beings not generate a consciousness in their continuum that simultaneously experiences happiness and suffering, or desire and hatred? Whatever does not simultaneously experience happiness and so on, that is because there is no cause, so it does not arise. Therefore, it should be determined that happiness and so on cannot exist simultaneously, not because of contradiction. Also, how to hold past and future things, this has been explained before. By directly or indirectly recognizing the nature of things that can benefit or be benefited, one can recognize the past and the future. Desolate land

Realizing this is like realizing there is no pot. If that is the case, then it is not inference either, because the Bhagavan has no sign, and because the present occurrence, which possesses all characteristics, is itself manifest, therefore both of these are manifest. It is enough to elaborate a little. What clarifies the act of generating is that the Lord said, "Subhuti, the Tathagata, the Arhat," and so on. Thus, merely generating omniscience demonstrates omniscience, and it is also what causes omniscience to be realized. In order to show the knowledge of the world, the Bhagavan said, "Whatever this is," and so on. "Imperishable, utterly imperishable," refers to synonyms for imperishable and utterly imperishable in sequence by moments and constant impermanence, etc. If it is by the nature of the dharma of things, the doubt arises, "How can it not change?" To welcome this doubt, it was said, "Subhuti, emptiness is," and so on, because in the ultimate truth, the aggregates, etc., are without inherent existence, because they are emptiness, etc., so there is no momentary and constant impermanence in the absence of the nature of the dharma of things, but in conventional truth, these exist, this is his intention. Showing the knowledge of the conduct of the minds of all sentient beings, it was said, "Subhuti, furthermore," and so on. In order to ascertain the meaning of the commitment, the question was asked, "Subhuti, how does the Tathagata," and so on. The answer was given, "Because sentient beings have no inherent existence," and so on, because sentient beings are of the nature of illusion. He fully knows in the manner of countless sentient beings, and so on. Summarizing, it was said, "Subhuti, thus," and so on. By this method, fully knowing the conduct of their minds, it was said, "Subhuti, furthermore," and so on, because there are no sentient beings,

Since there is no focus on that itself, therefore, in the manner of the Dharmadhatu, he fully knows the conduct of sentient beings, such as the immeasurable. Knowing the collected mind: Furthermore, O Subhuti, the Tathagata speaks of the collected minds, etc., that is to say, the collected and the collected themselves are exhausted, and the exhausted is also the non-exhausted itself. Therefore, focusing on that and entering into the Dharma-nature, that collected mind is exhausted in the conventional, that is, knowing it as the very destruction. But in the ultimate sense, there is neither exhaustion nor destruction, so it is inexhaustible, that is, truly knowing the purity of the indestructible. In order to show the knowledge of the distracted mind, furthermore, O Subhuti, the Tathagata speaks of the distracted minds, etc., that is to say, the Dharma-nature is the very unborn nature of the Dharmadhatu. Because of not paying attention to it, the mind that enters outward in the conventional is distracted, but in the ultimate sense, it is without characteristics, that is, because of being separated from self-nature and the impermanence of the moment, it is inexhaustible, and because of being separated from the constant impermanence, it is inexhaustible, and because it is impossible to go outward, it is truly known as not distracted. In order to show the knowledge of the aspect of the inexhaustible mind, furthermore, O Subhuti, it is said that the minds of countless immeasurable sentient beings are immeasurable and inexhaustible, etc. What mind is as immeasurable and inexhaustible as the sky? It is the mind of all sentient beings, appearing on the surface of one's own samadhi mirror as immeasurable and inexhaustible, so it will be truly known. The blessing of the Tathagata is the blessing of that mind with great compassion until the end of samsara. There is no cessation, no arising, no abiding, because there are no three aspects as appropriate. Therefore, because it does not possess the self-nature of the Dharma, it is without a basis. Because of the inability to measure itself, it is immeasurable. Like the Dharmadhatu, destruction is unreasonable, so it is inexhaustible. The mind is connected with desire.
