It is Earth Rat (1948). The boundaries of sentient beings and the container world do not exist either. Therefore, for things that are recognized as having boundaries, know that they do not exist; for things that are recognized as being without boundaries by the omniscient wisdom, know that they exist. How can it be said that this is not omniscience? Thinking like this, the mind should not cling to the side of the formless, because then there would be no distinction at all, and therefore it would be impossible to distinguish from it. Therefore, the side of the formless should not be accepted, because it is accompanied by faults in all respects. If you think like this, it is not right, because the omniscient wisdom does not want to distinguish things, because its object is all things. For example, it would not think that this is the cognition of blue, or the cognition of yellow. For the side of the formless, the knowledge of seeing the other shore grasps the objects that are determined separately as one, because there is no difference for all things, so it will be said that there is a fault of not being able to distinguish. For example, it is impossible to determine that this is the experience of blue, and not the experience of yellow. Therefore, this will lead to the conclusion that all ordinary people become omniscient. For the omniscient, this is exactly what they want, so what is there that they do not want to prove? Therefore, in the realm of the omniscient, when the formless arises by the power of yoga, it is itself without contradiction. If it is said that one cannot distinguish between things to be taken and things to be discarded and fully understand, that is not right. If countless things appear simultaneously, then the appearance of things to be taken and things to be discarded will contradict each other, or even if they do not contradict, when it appears together with other things, the nature of things to be taken and things to be discarded will be lost, or even if the nature is not lost, it will not appear separately, or even if it appears separately, if the pure worldly discriminating consciousness that completely decides is not obtained from the subsequent, then all these can be said. Because various kinds of travelers appear, and the things to be taken and things to be discarded also appear, this is not contradictory.
