It is because of this. Having wisdom is because one understands that much of the meaning. Having mindfulness is because one has a focused mind. The statement "will go to another place" indicates that the listener's desired place is different from the speaker's desired place. The statement "understanding through summarizing" means that when saying "form" etc., one does not fully understand the aggregates of form etc. The statement "not understanding through detailed explanation" means that when saying "form is the characteristic of being able to appear as color" etc., it is because one does not understand the meaning of it. The statement "not understanding" means that when saying "form has twenty aspects," it is because one does not understand the meaning of it. Subhuti, it is also said "the one who speaks the Dharma" etc., because the one who speaks the Dharma and the listeners both want to give, and want to go to another place, therefore their desired places are different. In order to explain being attached to gain and being separated from little desire, it is said "Subhuti, the one who speaks the Dharma is attached to material things" etc. This explanation itself explains those who have and do not have the qualities of practice. Like this, in order, being attached to gain etc. indicates not having the qualities of practice, and having little desire etc. indicates having the qualities of practice. In order to explain the nature of virtuous and non-virtuous dharmas, it is said "Subhuti, also" etc. Among them, having virtuous dharma indicates having faith. The opposite of this indicates not having faith. This explanation itself explains stinginess and generosity, like this, "wanting to completely give away wealth" refers to the listener's giving, and "not wanting to speak" refers to the speaker's stinginess. This itself explains giving and not accepting, like this, as before, the listener's giving and the speaker's little desire indicate not accepting. In order to explain understanding through summarizing and detailed explanation, it is said "Subhuti, the one who listens to the Dharma" etc. The statement "wanting to understand the meaning" means that because one understands through summarizing, one wants to understand the meaning.

Pao. The term "becoming an obstacle to the Dharma" refers to abandoning the true Dharma. Those Sutras do not exist in the form of books, etc. The term "not entering" means that because conceptualization itself is understanding, it does not enter the path of comprehending it. The term "not finding a Dharma speaker" means not encountering a Dharma speaker. The term "will speak unpleasant words" refers to unpleasant words such as "I will not listen." For the sake of the meaning of the Sutras and other Dharmas being manifestly known and not manifestly known, it is said, "Subhuti, furthermore," etc. The term "wanting to explain" refers to wanting to speak by manifestly knowing the Sutras and other Dharmas themselves. The term "if unwilling to listen" means that because one does not manifestly know the Sutras and other Dharmas themselves, one is separated from wanting to manifestly hear them. The deeds of Mara, called "having and not having the six perfections," are spoken of in this commentary itself. Like this, this one called "wanting to speak" has the six perfections with the intention of benefiting sentient beings. This one called "unwilling to listen" refers to relying on disagreement and showing separation from generosity, etc. This is the third ten. Those who are skilled in means and not skilled in means, and those who have obtained Dharani and have not obtained Dharani, and those who want to copy letters and those who do not want to copy letters, and being separated from and not separated from desires and other aspirations themselves, beginning with the listener, what is taught is "Subhuti, furthermore, the listener is," etc., because the listener's drowsiness, etc., becomes heavy, so he is unwilling to listen, therefore, it should be known that it corresponds to the object of being prevented, etc., while the Dharma speaker wanting to explain himself corresponds to the object of not being prevented, etc. The meaning itself as it is said, beginning with the Dharma speaker, is taught, that is, it is said, "Subhuti, furthermore, the Dharma speaker is drowsy," etc. In order to turn away from the path of evil destinies, it is said, "Subhuti, furthermore, Prajnaparamita copying letters," etc., the three, like this, called "is suffering," refers to the suffering of hell.
