Ah! Please make me happy, and please make other beings happy as well. Oppressed by poverty and devoured by their own flesh and blood, unable to escape from the three lower realms, thus the Dharma is taught. To all those beings who possess bad morality, the Dharma is taught thus: Hey, gentlemen, bad morality is suffering. With bad morality, one cannot even accomplish one's own benefit, let alone the benefit of others. The result of bad morality is the hell of sentient beings, or the birthplace of animals, or the world of Yama. If you fall into the three lower realms, I cannot save you either, let alone others. Therefore, you should not give even a single opportunity to the mind of bad morality. You will regret it later, thus the Dharma is taught. To all those beings who harbor malice towards each other, the Dharma is taught thus: Thus, do not harbor malice towards each other. If the mind is disturbed, no virtuous Dharma will arise. Therefore, if you are disturbed in mind with each other, you will be born in the hell of sentient beings, or born in the birthplace of animals, or born in the world of Yama. Therefore, you should not give even a single opportunity to the disturbed mind. You will regret it later, thus the Dharma is taught. To all those lazy beings, the Dharma is taught thus: Hey, gentlemen, laziness is suffering. With laziness, one cannot even accomplish one's own benefit, let alone the benefit of others. The result of laziness is the hell of sentient beings, or the birthplace of animals, or the world of Yama. If you fall into the three lower realms, I cannot save you either, let alone others. The result of a distracted mind is the hell of sentient beings, or the birthplace of animals, or the

is the realm of Yama. If you fall into the three lower realms, we will not be able to save you, let alone save others? Therefore, you should not allow even a little bit of a distracted mind. Later you will regret it, teach the Dharma in this way. To those sentient beings who have as much impure wisdom as there are, teach the Dharma in this way: Alas, gentlemen, impure wisdom is the source of suffering. A person with impure wisdom cannot even accomplish his own benefit, let alone accomplish the benefit of others? The result of impure wisdom is to fall into the hell realm, the animal realm, or the realm of Yama. Therefore, you should not allow even a little bit of impure wisdom in your mind. Later you will regret it, teach the Dharma in this way. For those who have as much attachment behavior as there are, guide them to practice impurity contemplation. For those who have as much hatred behavior as there are, guide them to practice loving-kindness. For those who have as much ignorance behavior as there are, guide them to practice dependent origination. For those who have as many who have gone astray as there are, guide them to the right path. Guide them to the path of the Hearer, the path of the Solitary Buddha, or the path of the Buddha. And say this to them: Whatever dharma you become attached to, those dharmas are empty in nature. Dharmas that are empty in nature cannot be clung to. Because emptiness itself has no attachment. Subhuti, in this way, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he abides in the superknowledges and benefits sentient beings. Subhuti, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva cannot teach the Dharma to sentient beings without abiding in the superknowledges, nor can he guide sentient beings who have gone astray to the right path. Subhuti, it is like a bird without wings cannot fly in the sky. Subhuti, similarly, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva cannot teach the Dharma to sentient beings without relying on superknowledges. Subhuti, therefore, a Bodhisattva

When a great hero acts in the perfection of wisdom, he should actualize the superknowledges. Having actualized those superknowledges, he makes happy whatever the sentient beings delight in doing. With his divine eye, he sees world systems to the number of grains of sand in the Ganges River in the eastern direction. In those world systems, he also sees whatever sentient beings are born. Having seen them in that way, he also goes to those places by means of his miraculous power. Having understood the minds of those sentient beings with his mind, in accordance with what is suitable for them, he teaches the Dharma, speaking of generosity, or of ethics, patience, diligence, meditative concentration, or wisdom, or of the noble truths, or even of the arising of things. With his divine eye, he sees world systems to the number of grains of sand in the Ganges River in the southern, western, northern, northeastern, southeastern, southwestern, northwestern, lower, and upper directions. In those world systems, he also sees whatever sentient beings are born. Having seen them in that way, he also goes to those places by means of his miraculous power. With his divine ear element, he hears the sounds of both gods and humans. In the world systems to the number of grains of sand in the Ganges River in the eastern direction, he hears with his divine ear the Dharma taught by whatever Buddhas, the Bhagavat, there are. Having heard it, he also holds it in suchness. Having held it in suchness, he also teaches the Dharma to sentient beings in suchness. He teaches the Dharma, speaking of generosity, or of ethics, patience, diligence, meditative concentration, or wisdom, or of the noble truths, or even of the arising of things.
