The perfection of going beyond is also ungraspable. All emptiness and the dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment are ungraspable. The noble truths, as well as meditation, immeasurables, formless absorptions, liberations, the successively abiding absorptions, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, direct knowledge, samadhi, and the doors of dharani are ungraspable. The ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the four individual perfect knowledges, great love, great compassion, and the eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha are ungraspable. Shariputra, this is the ungraspable perfection of going beyond; thus, it is the Prajnaparamita. Therefore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva should train in it. Since even the object of training is not perceived by a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who is training in it, what need is there to mention the Prajnaparamita? What need is there to mention enlightenment? What need is there to mention the dharmas of the aspects of enlightenment? What need is there to mention the Buddhadharmas? What need is there to mention the Pratyekabuddhadharmas? What need is there to mention the Shravakadharmas? What need is there to mention the dharmas of ordinary beings? Why is that? Shariputra, like this, no dharma has inherent existence. Thus, in the inherent existence of all dharmas being without substance, who is the ordinary being? Who is the stream-enterer? And who is the once-returner, the non-returner, the Arhat, and the Pratyekabuddha? Who is the Bodhisattva? Who is the Tathagata, the Arhat, the perfectly complete Buddha? If those individuals are not perceived, then by what dharma could those dharmas that are spoken of as ordinary beings, or stream-enterers, or once-returners, or non-returners, or Arhats, or Pratyekabuddhas, or Bodhisattvas, or Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly complete Buddhas, arise? Asked: Bhagavan, since all dharmas are without substance, from these being called ordinary beings up to this being the Tathagata

What is the purpose of focusing on the occurrence between the Arhat and the perfectly enlightened Buddha? The Blessed One said: Shariputra, is there anything in the nature of form to which ordinary people are manifestly attached? Has there been? Will there be? He replied: Blessed One, except for perversion, there is no such thing. The Blessed One said: Shariputra, is there anything in the nature of feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness to which ordinary people are manifestly attached? Has there been? Will there be? He replied: Blessed One, except for perversion, there is no such thing. The Blessed One said: Shariputra, is there anything among the unmixed qualities of the Buddha, the eighteen unmixed qualities, to which ordinary people are manifestly attached? Has there been? Will there be? He replied: Blessed One, except for perversion, there is no such thing. The Blessed One said: Shariputra, it is so, it is so. All dharmas are without substance, and beings conceptualize through the power of perversion. Therefore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, through skillful means, seeing that all dharmas are without substance, they truly enter into the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment. This is said to be the activity of establishing oneself in the wisdom of no object of focus. He asked: Blessed One, by what skillful means does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva, seeing that all dharmas are without substance, truly enter into the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment? What is that skillful means? The Blessed One said: Shariputra, in this case, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, with respect to any dharma, any object that would become an obstacle, or having become an obstacle would become discouraged, or having become discouraged would become lazy, or having become lazy would become exhausted, or having become exhausted would become indolent, truly follows
