is perfected. The perfection of discipline, the perfection of patience, the perfection of diligence, the perfection of meditation, and the perfection of wisdom are perfected. All emptiness, the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, the noble truths, the immeasurable, the formless Attainments, liberation, the successively abiding attainments, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, clairvoyance, samadhi, the gateways of dharani, the powers of the Thus-Gone One, the fearlessnesses, the individual perfect knowledges, great love, great compassion, great compassion, and the unmixed qualities of the Buddhas are perfected. That one perfects the perfection of generosity from the very beginning, but does not grasp the ripening results. However, merely thinking of those resources accomplishes it. Subhuti, for example, all the perfect resources of the gods of the Paranirmita-vasavartin gods arise merely by thinking. Subhuti, likewise, all the perfect resources of a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva also arise merely by thinking. With those resources, that one also attends to the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, and also satisfies the world with gods, humans, and asuras. That one truly gathers those sentient beings with the perfection of generosity, and skillfully establishes them in the three vehicles. Subhuti, thus, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva engages in the Perfection of Wisdom, with an uncontaminated mind, thus perfects the Perfection of Generosity. Subhuti asked: Blessed One, how does a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva perfect the Perfection of Discipline? The Blessed One replied: Subhuti, here, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva engages in the Perfection of Wisdom, free from signs.

From the moment of generating the initial Bodhicitta, one closely takes hold, thereby perfecting the pāramitā of morality. That is the undefiled morality of the noble ones, belonging to the path, obtained by nature, which will greatly increase. His aggregate of morality is also undiminished, without fault, praised by the wise. This morality does not cling to any dharma, whether it be form, feeling, perception, formation, or consciousness, or the thirty-two marks of a great man, and the eighty minor marks, or the great Sal tree of the Kshatriya caste, or the great Sal tree of the Brahmin caste, or the great Sal tree of the householder caste, or the gods of the Four Great Kings, or the Thirty-three, or the Heaven of Strife-free, or the Joyful Heaven, or the Heaven of Enjoying Emanations, or the Heaven of Controlling Others' Emanations, or the Brahma Host, or the Brahma Retinue, or the Great Brahma, or the Heaven of Limited Light, or the Heaven of Immeasurable Light, or the Heaven of Clear Light, or the Heaven of Limited Virtue, or the Heaven of Immeasurable Virtue, or the Heaven of Abundant Virtue, or the Cloudless Heaven, or the Heaven of Merit-born, or the Heaven of Great Fruit, or the Heaven of Non-perceptual Beings, or the Non-abandoning Heaven, or the Non-tormenting Heaven, or the Well-seeing Heaven, or the Supreme-seeing Heaven, or the gods of the Akanistha Heaven, or the Space of Infinite Space, or the Space of Infinite Consciousness, or the Space of Nothingness, or the gods of the Space of Neither Perception Nor Non-perception, or the fruit of Stream-entry, or the fruit of Once-returning, or the fruit of Non-returning, or Arhatship itself, or Pratyekabuddha, or the power of a Universal Monarch, one does not consider that these can be obtained by this morality. Otherwise, this morality is shared with all sentient beings, and with the aim of attaining omniscience, it is dedicated with signless dedication, and with objectless and non-dual dedication, but this is only a worldly expression, not in the ultimate truth. With this perfected pāramitā of morality, and with skillful means, one cultivates the four dhyānas in a way that does not taste flavor. Thus, one directly realizes the divine eye, and the divine eye born from the maturation of the divine eye can see the eastern direction.

In the immeasurable, countless, and inconceivable realms of the world, all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who dwell and protect, and those who teach the Dharma, can be seen. This vision of his will not be exhausted until he attains the Unsurpassed, Perfect, Complete Enlightenment and becomes a Buddha. Born from the maturation of the divine eye, he can see in each direction—south and west, north and northeast, southeast and southwest, northwest, below and above—in the immeasurable, countless, and inconceivable realms of the world, all the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, who dwell and protect, and those who teach the Dharma. This vision of his will not be exhausted until he attains the Unsurpassed, Perfect, Complete Enlightenment and becomes a Buddha. With the pure and transcendent divine ear realm, he can hear the sounds spoken by those Buddhas, the Bhagavat. This hearing of his will not be exhausted until the hearer accomplishes the benefit of self and others. With the knowledge of the mind, he can fully understand the minds of those Buddhas, the Bhagavat. This knowledge of the mind will not be exhausted until it benefits all sentient beings. With the knowledge of remembering past lives, he knows the past and future roots of virtue of those sentient beings, and with those roots of virtue, he truly teaches those sentient beings, truly encourages them, truly praises them, and truly makes them happy. As such, truly teaching them and making them happy, all that is done in between will become especially excellent. With the knowledge of the exhaustion of defilements, he can also lead sentient beings to the fruit of stream-entry, the fruit of once-returner, the fruit of non-returner, and the state of Arhat. Self- Enlightenment, Enlightenment. Likewise, whatever virtuous Dharma sentient beings have the ability for, he helps them in that. Subhuti, in this way, the Bodhicitta
