The perfection of wisdom should be manifestly realized. Subhuti, old age and death, and sorrow, and lamentation, and suffering, and unpleasantness, and strife, are like the sky, inexhaustible, therefore the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva should manifestly realize the perfection of wisdom. Subhuti, thus the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva should manifestly realize the perfection of wisdom. Subhuti, this is the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva's contemplation of dependent origination, contemplation of the abandonment of beginning and end. Whoever thus contemplates dependent origination, that is the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva's unmixed Dharma residing in the heart of Bodhi. Thus, whoever contemplates dependent origination will obtain the wisdom of all-knowingness. Subhuti, whoever, with inexhaustible manifestation like the sky, practices the perfection of wisdom and contemplates dependent origination, will not abide in the Hearer's ground or the Solitary Buddha's ground, but will abide in the unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment. Subhuti, all those individuals of the Bodhisattva vehicle who turn back, all of them do not rely on this attention to the perfection of wisdom, and when practicing the perfection of wisdom, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva does not know how to contemplate dependent origination with inexhaustible manifestation like the sky, and does not know what should be manifestly realized, and therefore turns back. Subhuti, all those individuals of the Bodhisattva vehicle who turn back, all of them turn back from the unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment because they do not rely on this path of skillful means. Subhuti, all those Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who do not turn back from the unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment, all of them rely on this perfection of wisdom and do not turn back from the unsurpassed perfect and complete enlightenment. Thus, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who practices the perfection of wisdom with skillful means

Because of manifestly accomplishing through relying on the inexhaustible like space, one should properly observe the Perfection of Wisdom and manifestly accomplish it. Subhuti, thus, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva properly observes dependent origination, he does not truly see any dharma arising from no cause. He does not truly see any dharma arising. He does not truly see any dharma ceasing. He does not truly see any dharma as a self, sentient being, life, goer, nourisher, person, individual, born of strength, child, doer, causer to do, caller, complete caller, feeler, causer to feel, knower, or seer. He does not truly see permanence, impermanence, happiness, suffering, self, non-self, peace, or non-peace. Subhuti, thus, when practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva should properly observe dependent origination. Subhuti, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he does not truly see form as permanent or impermanent, as happiness or suffering, as having a self or being without a self, as peace or non-peace. Feeling, perception, formations, and consciousness, he does not truly see as permanent or impermanent, as happiness or suffering, as having a self or being without a self, as peace or non-peace. The sense bases, elements, and dependent origination, he does not truly see as permanent or impermanent, as happiness or suffering, as having a self or being without a self, as peace or non-peace. The Noble Truths and all emptiness, and the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, he does not truly see as permanent or impermanent, as happiness or suffering, as having a self or being without a self, as peace or non-peace. The Noble Truths, meditative stabilizations, immeasurables, formless absorptions, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness,
