It will subdue the world including gods, humans, and asuras. That Bodhisattva-Mahasattva will subdue and overcome the world including gods, humans, and asuras. That Bodhisattva-Mahasattva not only subdues and overcomes the world including gods, humans, and asuras, but also that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva will subdue and overcome all Stream-enterers, Once-returners, Non-returners, Arhats, and Solitary Buddhas. Not only Stream-enterers, Once-returners, Non-returners, Arhats, and Solitary Buddhas, but also that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva will subdue and overcome all Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who practice the Perfection of Generosity without skillful means and without the Perfection of Wisdom. Not only practicing the Perfection of Generosity, but also that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva will subdue and overcome all Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who practice the Perfection of Ethics without skillful means and without the Perfection of Wisdom.

they will also be able to overwhelm and surpass. Not only practicing the perfection of diligence, that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, any Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who practices the perfection of meditation but lacks skillful means, and those who lack the perfection of wisdom, will also be able to overwhelm and surpass. Not only practicing the perfection of meditation, those Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who practice the perfection of wisdom as it has been taught, they cannot be overwhelmed by the world with gods, humans, and asuras. Those Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who practice in accordance with the perfection of wisdom as it has been taught, that Bodhisattva-Mahasattva abides for the sake of not cutting off the lineage of all-knowingness. That Bodhisattva-Mahasattva does not delay the Tathagata. The Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who has entered in this way will not abandon the mind of enlightenment. That Bodhisattva-Mahasattva desires to liberate sentient beings who are drowning. The Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who trains in this way is training in the training of a Bodhisattva, not training in the training of a Hearer, nor training in the training of a Solitary Buddha, this is called the fifth increase. In the presence of the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who trains in this way, the Four Great Kings also think that they should go, and they approach and say this: 'Great being, please train quickly! Great being, please train swiftly! These four bowls are for you to abide in the mind of enlightenment, and should be received after you have manifestly awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, these were used by the Tathagatas, Arhats, perfect and complete Buddhas of the past.' They say this and show them. Thus, in the presence of the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who practices the perfection of wisdom

The Four Great Kings also think of going together with the sons of the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings. Near them, I also think of going together with the sons of the gods of the Thirty-three. The lord of the gods, Well Separated from Strife, also thinks of going together with the sons of the gods of Well Separated from Strife. The king of the gods, Well Pleased, also thinks of going together with the sons of the gods of Pleased. The king of the gods, Well Miraculous Joy, also thinks of going together with the sons of the gods of Miraculous Joy. The king of the gods, Powerful, also thinks of going together with the sons of the gods of Others' Emanations Controlled. The master of the Brahma of the World of Suffering also thinks of going together with the sons of the gods of the Brahma retinue. The gods of immeasurable virtue also think of drawing near. Well Increased and Great Fruit and Non-Abandoning and Non-Afflicting and Well Seeing and Well Looking and the gods of the retinue of the Pure Abodes also think of drawing near. The Bodhisattva Mahasattva who thus practices this profound Perfection of Wisdom is always contemplated by the Thus-Gone Ones. The Bodhisattva Mahasattva who thus practices this profound Perfection of Wisdom, whatever worldly suffering caused by others harms his body, all of that does not arise or descend on his body. That monk, that Bodhisattva Mahasattva, when practicing this profound Perfection of Wisdom, becomes this quality, namely, whatever assembled diseases, such as diseases of the eye, diseases of the ear, diseases of the nose, diseases of the tongue, diseases of the body, and whatever diseases of the heart, all of those do not arise or descend on his body. These also should be known as the qualities of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva when practicing this profound Perfection of Wisdom. This is the sixth chapter, Increase. Then the venerable Ananda thought to himself: "This Lord of the Gods, Indra, is showing this Perfection of Wisdom with his own pride, and knowing the Perfection of Wisdom."
