between giving is not said like that. Why is that? The perfection of wisdom is not two, because the perfection of wisdom is non-dual. Similarly, the perfection of meditation, the perfection of diligence, the perfection of patience, the perfection of ethics, and the perfection of generosity are not two, because the perfection of generosity is non-dual. Then, the Blessed One gave the word "Good, good" to Indra, the lord of the gods. Kauśika, good, good! It is so, it is so, as it is said. The perfection of wisdom is not two, because the perfection of wisdom is non-dual. Similarly, the perfection of meditation, the perfection of diligence, the perfection of patience, the perfection of ethics, and the perfection of generosity are not two, because the perfection of generosity is non-dual. Kauśika, whoever clings to the perfection of wisdom as two, that is simply clinging to the realm of dharma as two. Why is that? Kauśika, it is like this, the realm of dharma and the perfection of wisdom are non-dual, because they cannot be divided into two. Similarly, the realm of dharma and the perfection of meditation, the perfection of diligence, the perfection of patience, the perfection of ethics, and the perfection of generosity are non-dual, because they cannot be divided into two. Kauśika, whoever clings to the perfection of wisdom as two, that is simply clinging to suchness as two. Why is that?

gone to the other shore, and the perfection of giving is not different from this, because it cannot be made into two. Kauśika, if someone thinks that the perfection of wisdom is different from this, then they are simply thinking that the limit of reality and the inconceivable realm are different. Why is that? Kauśika, it is like this: the limit of reality, the inconceivable realm, and the perfection of wisdom are not different, because they cannot be made into two. Similarly, the limit of reality, the inconceivable realm, and the perfection of meditation, the perfection of diligence, the perfection of patience, the perfection of morality, and the perfection of giving are not different, because they cannot be made into two. Indra requested: Blessed One, I prostrate to the perfection of wisdom! This is worthy of being revered by the world with gods and asuras, because the Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, having trained in this, awaken to unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment. Blessed One, when I am in the Good Dharma Hall, on the seat of the Lord of the Gods, at that time, as many sons of the gods as come to serve me, all worship me. When I ascend the lion throne, those sons of the gods also come to that place, and they say, 'The Lord of the Gods, Indra, sits on this Dharma seat and teaches the Dharma to the gods of the Thirty-Three.' Those sons of the gods prostrate to my seat and then depart. Blessed One, similarly, wherever this perfection of wisdom is written and placed, recited, or extensively taught to others, as many sons of the gods as there are in the ten directions of the world, and gods, nagas, yakshas, gandharvas, asuras, garudas, kinnaras, mahoragas, etc., will think that the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfect and Complete Buddhas have all come from this.

Everything arises from this, therefore, one should prostrate to the Prajñāpāramitā, and then return. The merit of offering to as many relics of the Tathāgata as there are, is also for the sake of accomplishing the Prajñāpāramitā. O Bhagavan, when a Bodhisattva practices the conduct of a Bodhisattva, the Prajñāpāramitā becomes the basis of the omniscient wisdom, and becomes a condition. O Bhagavan, therefore, out of these two, I choose this very Prajñāpāramitā. O Bhagavan, when I take up this Prajñāpāramitā, and recite it with a mind belonging to the nature of Dharma, and keep the Prajñāpāramitā in mind, at that time, not even the slightest sign of fear or anxiety is seen. O Bhagavan, why is that? Because the Prajñāpāramitā has no sign, no mark, is unspeakable. O Bhagavan, the Prajñāpāramitā is unutterable. Similarly, O Bhagavan, the Dhyāna-pāramitā, the Vīrya-pāramitā, the Kṣānti-pāramitā, the Śīla-pāramitā, and the Dāna-pāramitā have no sign, no mark, are unspeakable. O Bhagavan, between the Dāna-pāramitā and the state of omniscience, it is unutterable. O Bhagavan, if the Prajñāpāramitā were with signs, with marks, speakable, utterable, and not without signs, without marks, unspeakable, unutterable, then the Tathāgatas, Arhats, perfectly enlightened Buddhas, having understood that all dharmas are without signs, without marks, unspeakable, unutterable, and having manifestly and perfectly awakened to the unsurpassed, perfect and complete enlightenment, would not teach beings the Dharma that is without signs, without marks, unspeakable, unutterable. O Bhagavan, for what reason then, is the Prajñāpāramitā taught?
