Inner emptiness, outer emptiness, inner and outer emptiness, and the emptiness of the nature of non-things will appear in the world. The four mindfulnesses, the four right abandonments, the four legs of magical power, the five faculties, the five powers, the seven branches of enlightenment, the eightfold noble path, the four noble truths, the six superknowledges, the ten powers of the Tathagata, the four fearlessnesses, the four analytical knowledges, and the unmixed qualities of the Buddhas will appear in the world. The Tathagata, the Arhat, the Perfectly Awakened Buddha, is established in the world. It is established that the wheel of Dharma is turned. The Buddha Jewel is established. The Dharma Jewel is established. The Sangha Jewel is established in the world. O Bhagavan, by that name, we will protect, conceal, and guard the Bodhisattva Mahasattva of the world, including gods, humans, asuras, gandharvas, yakshas, garudas, kimnaras, mahoragas, humans, and non-humans. Having thus requested, the Bhagavan spoke to Indra, the lord of the gods, saying: Kauśika, it is so, it is so. It is so, it is so, relying on the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, all sentient beings in hell, the realm of animals, and the world of Yama will be completely cut off. Loss of gods, lack of humans, harm, and all contagious diseases will be completely cut off. Relying on the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, the paths of the ten virtuous actions will arise in the world. The immeasurables, the dhyanas, the formless attainments, the thirty-seven factors of enlightenment, the truths, the superknowledges, all emptiness, all samadhis, and all dharani gates will arise in the world. If the Bodhisattva Mahasattva exists, then the ten powers, the fearlessnesses, the individual perfect knowledges, the unmixed qualities of the Buddha, and the omniscience itself will arise in the world. Relying on the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, great śāla trees of the kshatriya caste, great śāla trees of the brahmin caste, and great śāla trees of the householder caste will be in the world.

The sons of the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings, and the sons of the gods up to Akanishtha, are thus established in the world. The fruit of stream-entry and the stream-enterer, and likewise the fruit of once-returner and the once-returner, the fruit of non-returner and the non-returner, the arhat himself, and the arhat are thus established in the world. Solitary enlightenment and solitary Buddha are thus established in the world. Depending on the Bodhisattva Mahasattva, beings are completely matured, thus it is established. Buddhafields are completely purified, thus it is established. The Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha is thus established in the world. The wheel of Dharma is turned, thus it is established.
