The five faculties will thereby obtain immediate samadhi. Through immediate samadhi, the arising of wisdom that sees liberation will occur. Shariputra, this is the complete purification of the Dharma eye of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva. Shariputra, furthermore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva knows thoroughly in this way: whatever is a dharma that arises even slightly, all of it is of the nature of cessation. Knowing thoroughly in this way and practicing the Perfection of Wisdom, the five faculties will be obtained. Shariputra, this is the complete purification of the Dharma eye of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva. Shariputra, furthermore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva knows thoroughly in this way: whichever Bodhisattva practices the Perfection of Giving and the Perfection of Discipline, this is one who has generated the first mind, and that is the faculty of faith and the faculty of diligence on that path. Possessing skillful means, that one deliberately holds onto one's own body completely. This Bodhisattva has stable roots of virtue, and will be born into great Sala trees like those of the Kshatriya caste. This will be born into great Sala trees like those of the Brahmin caste. This will be born into great Sala trees like those of the householder caste. This will be born among the gods of the retinue of the Four Great Kings. This will be born among the gods of the Thirty-three. This will be born among the gods of Yama. This will be born among the gods of Tushita. This will be born among the gods of Nirmanarati. This will be born among the gods of Paranirmitavasavartin. This will be born up to Akanishta, and dwelling there will bring sentient beings to complete maturity, and will serve them with all the implements of happiness. One will also make the Buddha-field completely pure. One will also please the Tathagatas, Arhats, Perfectly Complete Buddhas. One will honor. One will respect. One will make (them) one's teachers. One will make (them) one's examples. One will make offerings. The ground of the Hearers or the Solitary Buddhas.

nor will they fall into that place. This Bodhisattva-Mahasattva knows well that they will not turn back until they have manifestly and perfectly awakened to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. Shariputra, this is the completely pure Dharma-eye of the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. Furthermore, Shariputra, Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas should know this: These Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas have been prophesied to attain unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. These Bodhisattvas have not been prophesied. These Bodhisattvas will not turn back. These Bodhisattvas will turn back. These Bodhisattvas have completely perfected their supernormal knowledges. These Bodhisattvas have not completely perfected their supernormal knowledges. These Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas, having completely perfected their supernormal knowledges, go from the eastern direction up to the upper direction to worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, and they honor, respect, revere, and make offerings to the Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly and completely awakened Buddhas. This Bodhisattva has not completely perfected their supernormal knowledges, so they do not make offerings. This one will attain supernormal knowledge. This one will not attain supernormal knowledge. The Buddha-field of this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva will become completely pure. The Buddha-field of this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva will not become completely pure. This Bodhisattva has ripened sentient beings. This Bodhisattva has not ripened sentient beings. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, praise this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. They do not praise this Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. These Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas will abide near the Buddhas, the Bhagavat. These Bodhisattvas will not abide near.

这位大勇士证得无上圆满菩提后，寿命将变得无量。这位菩萨的寿命将变得可量。这位菩萨的僧众将变得无量。这位菩萨的僧众将变得可量。这位菩萨大勇士证得无上圆满菩提而现证成佛后，将具有菩萨的僧众。这位菩萨大勇士证得无上圆满菩提而现证成佛后，将不具有菩萨的僧众。这位菩萨大勇士将行苦行。这位菩萨大勇士将不行苦行。这位菩萨是最后有者。这位菩萨不是最后有者。这位菩萨大勇士将安住于菩提精华。这位菩萨将不安住于菩提精华。这些菩萨大勇士将有魔。这些菩萨大勇士将没有魔，应当如是善知。如此，舍利子，菩萨大勇士的法眼是完全清净的。 舍利子请问：世尊，菩萨大勇士的佛眼完全清净是怎样的呢？ 世尊开示说：舍利子，菩萨大勇士随菩提心之后，安住于金刚般的等持中，以与心之刹那相应的智慧，随顺获得一切种智，那就是： 具有如来十力，四无畏，四无碍解，十八不共佛法，大慈和大悲。以何眼菩萨大勇士在一切方面都未曾见。

This Bodhisattva, great hero, having attained the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment and manifestly awakened as a Buddha, will possess the Sangha of Bodhisattvas. This Bodhisattva, great hero, having attained the unsurpassed, perfectly complete enlightenment and manifestly awakened as a Buddha, will not possess the Sangha of Bodhisattvas. This Bodhisattva, great hero, will practice austerities. This Bodhisattva, great hero, will not practice austerities. This Bodhisattva is the last existence. This Bodhisattva is not the last existence. This Bodhisattva, great hero, will abide in the essence of enlightenment. This Bodhisattva will not abide in the essence of enlightenment.
