It is taught to distinguish between what is completely non-existent. It is taught to fully grasp the path. Then, the venerable Shariputra asked the Blessed One, "Blessed One, what is the all-knowing wisdom of a Bodhisattva Mahasattva?" The Blessed One replied, "Shariputra, with what wisdom does a Bodhisattva Mahasattva see Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly enlightened Buddhas as numerous as the grains of sand in the Ganges River in the eastern direction? They also listen to the Dharma taught by them. They also see the Sangha of Bodhisattvas and the distinctions of the qualities of the Buddha-fields. Similarly, in the south, west, north, northeast, southeast, southwest, northwest, below, and above directions, in each direction, they see Tathagatas, Arhats, perfectly enlightened Buddhas as numerous as the grains of sand in the Ganges River. They also listen to the Dharma taught by them. They also honor the Sangha of Bodhisattvas. They also see the distinctions of the qualities of the Buddha-fields. A Bodhisattva Mahasattva who possesses such wisdom does not generate the perception of a Buddha. They do not generate the perception of a Bodhisattva. They do not generate the perception of a Shravaka. They do not generate the perception of a Pratyekabuddha. They do not generate the perception of self. They do not generate the perception of others. They do not generate the perception of a Buddha-field. A Bodhisattva Mahasattva who possesses such wisdom practices the perfection of generosity, practices the perfection of ethics, practices the perfection of patience, practices the perfection of diligence, practices the perfection of meditation, practices the perfection of wisdom, but they do not focus on the perfections. A Bodhisattva Mahasattva who possesses such wisdom meditates on the four close placements of mindfulness; in mindfulness
