arising. Appearing golden in color, possessing a thousand petals, scatter a thousand. Son of good family, offer these lotuses to the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Shakyamuni, and say this: "Bhagavan Ratnasambhava Bhagavan, do you have no illness? Do you have no heartache? Are you comfortable rising? Are you comfortable walking? Do you abide in ease?" Thus inquire. Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Ratnasambhava, please also offer these lotuses to the Bhagavan. Son of good family, act with diligence in that Buddha-field. Why is that? Because those Bodhisattva-Mahasattvas who are born in the Sahā world are difficult to approach, and they may degenerate there. Then, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Sarvaprakasharashmi, from the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Ratnasambhava, took those lotuses born from various jewels, appearing golden in color, possessing a thousand petals. Accompanied by countless kotis of hundreds of thousands of nayutas of Bodhisattvas, householders, renunciants, and those appearing in the form of boys and girls, disappeared from that Buddha-field, and went to the east, to all the Buddhas Bhagavans who dwell and sustain, offering flowers, incense, burning incense, garlands, unguents, powders, clothes, ornaments, umbrellas, banners, and flags, performing service, reverence, respect, and offerings. By the great miraculous power of the Bodhisattva and the great power of the Bodhisattva, they went to where the Bhagavan Tathagata Arhat Samyaksambuddha Shakyamuni was, and having arrived, bowed their heads to the two feet of the Bhagavan, and sat down on one side. Having sat down on one side, the Bodhisattva-Mahasattva Sarvaprakasharashmi said to the Bhagavan: "Bhagavan,"

Then the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksaṃbuddha, Ratnakara. Does the Blessed One have no illness? Does he have no heartache? Is he well? Does he walk as usual? Does he abide in comfort? Thus he asks. These lotuses, which appear golden in color and have a thousand petals, were also offered to the Blessed One by the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksaṃbuddha, Ratnakara, for the sake of offering to the Blessed One. Then the Blessed One, the Tathagata Shakyamuni, took those lotuses and scattered them to the east, to the places where the Tathagatas, Arhats, Samyaksaṃbuddhas, were in the worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges. Then those lotuses filled all those worlds, and many bodies of the Tathagatas resided on those lotuses. In those Buddha-fields, like this, they teach this Dharma that possesses the Perfection of Wisdom. All those sentient beings who heard that Dharma teaching attained the Unsurpassed, Perfect, and Complete Enlightenment. Bodhisattvas, householders and renunciants, and Bodhisattvas abiding in the form of boys and girls, all came from the world possessing jewels together with all light, and they also, with their own roots of virtue, served, revered, honored, and made offerings to the Blessed One, the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksaṃbuddha, Shakyamuni. Having made offerings, they sat down on one side. Then, in the southern direction, having passed beyond worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, beyond all those, there is a world beyond all of them called "Free from all Sorrow," and there the Tathagata, Arhat, Samyaksaṃbuddha, named "Auspiciousness without Sorrow" resides and teaches, correctly proclaiming this Perfection of Wisdom to the Bodhisattvas, the Great Beings. Then, in that world, the Bodhisattvas, the Great Beings, sorrow

In the abode called "Without Sorrow," having seen that great light, and that great earthquake, and the body of the Thus-Gone One that was impossible to fully behold, the Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Foe-Destroyer, the Perfectly and Completely Awakened One, went to where the Glory of No Sorrow (Aśokaśrī) was, and having arrived, prostrated at the feet of the Blessed One, and spoke thus to the Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Glory of No Sorrow: "Blessed One, what is the cause, what is the condition, for such a great light to appear in the world, and for such a great earthquake to occur, and for such a Thus-Gone One's body to be present?" Having spoken thus, the Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Glory of No Sorrow, spoke thus to the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Without Sorrow: "Son of good family, from here to the north, beyond worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, there is a world called Sahā. There resides the Thus-Gone One, the Foe-Destroyer, the Perfectly and Completely Awakened One, Shakyamuni, who dwells and teaches. He teaches the Perfection of Wisdom to the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, and this appearance is due to his power." Then, the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Without Sorrow spoke thus to the Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Glory of No Sorrow: "Blessed One, I also wish to go to that Sahā world, to see the Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Foe-Destroyer, the Perfectly and Completely Awakened One, Shakyamuni, to pay homage and make offerings to him, and to see those Bodhisattva Mahasattvas, who are mostly young, who have attained the accomplishment of dharanis and individual perfect knowledge, who are diligently practicing, and who have attained great mastery over all samadhis and meditative absorptions." The Blessed One, the Thus-Gone One, the Glory of No Sorrow, replied: "Son of good family, if you know that now is the time, then go." Then, the Thus-Gone One, the Glory of No Sorrow, manifested a golden lotus made of various precious jewels for the Bodhisattva Mahasattva Without Sorrow.
