In this way, one does not correctly see the nature of Dharma. Shariputra, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva thus strives in the Perfection of Wisdom, it is called striving. Shariputra, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, he does not combine the Perfection of Giving with all-knowingness. In this way, he does not correctly see the Perfection of Giving itself. He does not combine the Perfection of Ethics with all-knowingness. One does not see accordingly. One does not combine the powers with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see the power itself accordingly. One does not combine the limbs of enlightenment with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see the limb of enlightenment itself accordingly. One does not combine the paths with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see the path itself accordingly. One does not combine the individual correct knowledges with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see the individual correct knowledge itself accordingly. One does not combine the fearlessnesses with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see the fearlessness itself accordingly. One does not combine the superknowledges with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see the superknowledge itself accordingly. One does not combine the ten powers of the Thus-Gone One with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see the power of the Thus-Gone One itself accordingly. One does not combine the eighteen unshared qualities of the Buddha with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see the unshared quality of the Buddha itself accordingly. Shariputra, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva who acts in this way should be said to be diligent in the Perfection of Wisdom. Shariputra, furthermore, when a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva acts in the Perfection of Wisdom, one does not combine the Buddha with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see the Buddha himself accordingly. One does not combine the knowledge of all aspects with the Buddha, thus one does not see the knowledge of all aspects itself accordingly. One does not combine enlightenment with the knowledge of all aspects, thus one does not see enlightenment itself accordingly. One does not combine the knowledge of all aspects with enlightenment, thus one does not see the knowledge of all aspects itself accordingly. Why is that?
