ངས་སུ་གཏོང་བ་དེ་དག་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཐུན་མོང་དུ་བྱས་ཤིང་བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་མི་དམིགས་པའི་ཚུལ་གྱིས་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བ་འདི་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པའི་སྦྱིན་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའོ། །ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་གཞན་ཡང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཡིད་ལ་བྱ་བས་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་ཅིང༌། ཉན་ཐོས་དང༌། རང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་ས་ལ་ཡང་མོས་པ་མི་བསྐྱེད་ན། སོ་སོའི་སྐྱེ་བོའི་ས་ལ་ལྟ་སྨོས་ཀྱང་ཅི་དགོས་པ་འདི་ནི། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པའི་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའོ། །ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་གཞན་ཡང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཡིད་ལ་བྱ་བས་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་ཅིང༌། ཆོས་དེ་དག་ལ་བཟོད་པ་དང༌། མོས་པ་དང༌། རྟོག་པ་འདི་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པའི་བཟོད་པའི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའོ། །ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་གཞན་ཡང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཡིད་ལ་བྱ་བས་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཉམས་པར་མི་བྱེད་པ་འདི་ནི། བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པའི་བརྩོན་འགྲུས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའོ། །ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་གཞན་ཡང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཡིད་ལ་བྱ་བས་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་ཅིང་གནས་པའི་ཚེ། ཉན་ཐོས་དང༌། རང་སངས་རྒྱས་ཀྱི་སེམས་ཀྱི་གོ་མི་འབྱེད་ཅིང་དགེ་བའི་རྩ་བ་དེ་ཡང་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་དང་ཐུན་མོང་དུ་བྱས་ཏེ། བླ་ན་མེད་པ་ཡང་དག་པར་རྫོགས་ པའི་བྱང་ཆུབ་ཏུ་ཡོངས་སུ་བསྔོ་བ་འདི་ནི་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པ་ལ་སྤྱོད་པའི་བསམ་གཏན་གྱི་ཕ་རོལ་ཏུ་ཕྱིན་པའོ། །ཚེ་དང་ལྡན་པ་ཤཱ་རིའི་བུ་གཞན་ཡང་བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་དཔའ་སེམས་དཔའ་ཆེན་པོ་རྣམ་པ་ཐམས་ཅད་མཁྱེན་པ་ཉིད་དང་ལྡན་པའི་ཡིད་ལ་བྱ་བས་ཚུལ་ཁྲིམས་ཀྱི་ཕ་རོལ

Whatever I give, sharing it in common with all sentient beings, and dedicating it in a way that does not fixate on unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment, this is the perfection of generosity as practiced in the perfection of discipline by a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. Furthermore, Shariputra, endowed with all-aspects-knowing, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, through his attention, practices the perfection of discipline; he does not generate aspiration even for the level of a Hearer or a Solitary Realizer, so what need is there to mention the level of an ordinary being? This is the perfection of discipline as practiced in the perfection of discipline by a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. Furthermore, Shariputra, endowed with all-aspects-knowing, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, through his attention, practices the perfection of discipline; he has forbearance, faith, and reflection regarding those dharmas. This is the perfection of patience as practiced in the perfection of discipline by a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. Furthermore, Shariputra, endowed with all-aspects-knowing, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, through his attention, practices the perfection of discipline, and does not diminish his effort. This is the perfection of diligence as practiced in the perfection of discipline by a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. Furthermore, Shariputra, endowed with all-aspects-knowing, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, through his attention, practices the perfection of discipline, and while abiding, he does not discriminate the minds of Hearers and Solitary Realizers, and also makes that root of virtue common with all sentient beings, and dedicates it to unsurpassed, perfect, and complete enlightenment. This is the perfection of meditative concentration as practiced in the perfection of discipline by a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. Furthermore, Shariputra, endowed with all-aspects-knowing, a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva, through his attention, practices the perfection of discipline.

When practicing the perfection, one's mind dwells closely with the perception of all dharmas as illusory, and one does not become arrogant with that discipline, because of the emptiness of its nature. That discipline is also not apprehended, and that root of virtue is shared with all sentient beings, and completely dedicated to the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment. This is the perfection of wisdom when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the perfection of discipline. Shariputra, endowed with life, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva who practices the perfection of discipline in this way completely grasps all six perfections. Therefore, it is called donning great armor. This is the armor of the six perfections of the perfection of discipline, the second. Third, the armor of the six perfections of patience. Shariputra, endowed with life, furthermore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the perfection of patience, and with the intention of possessing all aspects of knowledge, gives alms, and that root of virtue is also shared with all sentient beings, and completely dedicated to the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment. This is the perfection of generosity when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the perfection of patience. Shariputra, endowed with life, furthermore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the perfection of patience, not with the intention of a Hearer or a Solitary Buddha, but with the intention of possessing all aspects of knowledge, completely protects discipline, and that root of virtue is also shared with all sentient beings, and completely dedicated to the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment. This is the perfection of discipline when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the perfection of patience. Shariputra, endowed with life, furthermore, a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the perfection of patience, and with the intention of possessing all aspects of knowledge, generates patience, certainty, and discrimination towards those dharmas.
