Just as the world, as numerous as the sands of the Ganges River, was subdued, and remained adorned with light, body color, splendor, and glory, bright, orderly, and clear. For example, the king of mountains, Mount Sumeru, remains subduing all other black mountains, being beautiful, bright, orderly, and clear. For example, the circle of the moon remains subduing all forms of stars, being beautiful, bright, orderly, and clear. For example, the circle of the sun remains subduing all other lights, being beautiful, bright, orderly, and clear. Similarly, the Bhagavan (Blessed One) remains subduing the ten directions of the world, including gods, lords, Brahma, and the pure abodes, also being adorned with light, body color, and splendor, beautiful, bright, orderly, and clear. Then again, the Bhagavan manifested in this three-thousand great thousand world system, just like the nature body of the Bhagavan. Then, in this three-thousand great thousand world system, all the hosts of gods of the pure abodes, the gods of universal light, the Brahma hosts, the gods of Paranirmitavasavartin, the gods of Nirmanarati, the gods of Tushita, the gods of Yama, the gods of the Thirty-three, and the gods of the Four Great Kings, as many as there were, all saw the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened One, seated on the lion throne, and generated joy and delight, mental ease, great joy, comfort, and mental ease. They then took divine flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, powders, garments, divine scented oils, divine utpala (उत्पल, utpala, blue lotus), lotuses, kumuta (कुमुत, kumuta, water lily), pundarika (पुण्डरीक, puṇḍarīka, white lotus), nalini (नलिनी, nalinī, lotus), saugandhi (सौगन्धि, saugandhi, fragrance), divine flowers of kesara, leaves of tamala, divine garments, ornaments, umbrellas, banners, and many divine streamers. They went to where the Bhagavan was, and offered flowers, garlands, incense, unguents, powders, scented oils, utpala (उत्पल, utpala, blue lotus), lotuses, kumuta (कुमुत, kumuta, water lily), pundarika (पुण्डरीक, puṇḍarīka, white lotus), nalini (नलिनी, nalinī, lotus), saugandhi (सौगन्धि, saugandhi, fragrance),

And, with flowers of kesara, and, leaves of tamala, and, divine garments, and, ornaments, and, umbrellas, and, victory banners, and, divine banners, they offered to the Blessed One. They completely offered. They exceedingly offered. In this three-thousand great thousand world system, as many beings as there were who could be tamed and were fit vessels, they also carried many flowers born from water and flowers born from land, and went to where the Blessed One was, and made offerings to the Blessed One. Flowers, and, garlands, and, incense, and, unguents, and, powders, and so forth, and, garments, and, ornaments, and, umbrellas, and, victory banners, and, banners, all of these, the Blessed One immediately blessed, and in the sky above the Blessed One's head, a stacked house of flowers and so forth, as vast as the three-thousand great thousand world system, remained. From that stacked house, many divine flowers and silk ribbons hung down. They completely hung down. They exceedingly hung down. Those flowers and silk ribbons made this three-thousand great thousand world system exceedingly beautiful. The golden light of the Blessed One also became exceedingly beautiful, shining brightly, and just as it was in this three-thousand great thousand world system, so too, the world systems of the eastern direction, as many as the sands of the Ganges River, were pervaded and illuminated by the light of the Blessed One. The southern, and, western, and, northern, and, northeastern, and, southeastern, and, southwestern, and, northwestern directions, and, the lower, and, upper directions, each and every direction, the world systems as many as the sands of the Ganges River, were pervaded and illuminated by the light of the Blessed One. Therefore, the people of Jambudvipa (Southern Continent) saw the body of the Thus-Gone One, which they could not get enough of looking at, and thought to themselves: The Thus-Gone One is sitting in front of us and teaching the Dharma. Just as the people of Jambudvipa (Southern Continent) thought, so too, the people of the western Godaniya, and, the eastern Purvavideha.
