It is the antidote to the second conceptualization of grasping the path of learning. Because one does not focus on the stream-enterer, the stream-enterer is not focused on. Why is that? Subhuti, because the stream-enterer has transcended the limits and is completely pure, he is not focused on. Because the once-returner, the non-returner, and the arhat are not focused on, the arhat is not focused on. Because the self-enlightened one is not focused on, the self-enlightened one is not focused on. Because the bodhisattva is not focused on, the bodhisattva is not focused on. Subhuti, because the Thus-Gone One is not focused on, the Thus-Gone One is not focused on. Why is that? Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Thus-Gone One is not focused on, so the Thus-Gone One is not focused on. This is said to be the antidote to the first conceptualization of grasping the path of meditation. Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the fruit of stream-entry is not focused on, so the fruit of stream-entry is not focused on. Similarly, because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the fruit of once-returning, the fruit of non-returning, the arhat himself, the self-enlightened one himself, and the Buddha himself are not focused on, so the Buddha himself is not focused on. Similarly, because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Joyful Ground is not focused on, so the Joyful Ground is not focused on. Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Immaculate Ground is not focused on, so the Immaculate Ground is not focused on. Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Illuminating Ground is not focused on, so the Illuminating Ground is not focused on. Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Blazing Ground is not focused on, so the Blazing Ground is not focused on. Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Very Difficult to Conquer Ground is not focused on, so the Very Difficult to Conquer Ground is not focused on. Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Manifest Ground is not focused on, so the Manifest Ground is not focused on. Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Far-Reaching Ground is not focused on, so the Far-Reaching Ground is not focused on. Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Immovable Ground is not focused on, so the Immovable Ground is not focused on. Because he has transcended the limits and is completely pure, the Ground of Good Intelligence is not focused on, so the Ground of Good Intelligence

The wisdom of intelligence has no object of focus. Because of being completely pure by transcending the limits, the tenth ground, the cloud of Dharma, is not focused upon, therefore the tenth ground, the cloud of Dharma, has no object of focus. Furthermore, Subhuti, because the ten grounds are not focused upon, the ten grounds have no object of focus. What are the ten grounds? They are as follows: the ground of joyous vision, the ground of lineage, the eighth ground, the ground of vision, the ground of attenuation, the ground of detachment from desire, the ground of understanding actions, the ground of solitary Buddhas, the ground of Bodhisattvas, and the ground of Buddhas. Because of inner emptiness, the first ground has no object of focus. Because of the boundary of the emptiness of the nature of non-things, the first ground has no object of focus. Because of inner emptiness, up to the tenth ground there is no object of focus. Because of the boundary of the emptiness of the nature of non-things, up to the tenth ground there is no object of focus. Why is that? Subhuti, because of being completely pure by transcending the limits. If one closely holds onto being completely pure by transcending the limits, then because of inner emptiness, causing sentient beings to ripen has no object of focus. If one closely holds onto being completely pure by transcending the limits, then because of the boundary of the emptiness of the nature of non-things, causing sentient beings to ripen has no object of focus. If one closely holds onto being completely pure by transcending the limits, then because of inner emptiness, purifying the Buddha-fields has no object of focus. If one closely holds onto being completely pure by transcending the limits, then because of the boundary of the emptiness of the nature of non-things, purifying the Buddha-fields has no object of focus. If one closely holds onto being completely pure by transcending the limits, then because of inner emptiness, the five eyes have no object of focus. If one closely holds onto being completely pure by transcending the limits, then because of the boundary of the emptiness of the nature of non-things, the five eyes have no object of focus. Subhuti, thus, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Perfection of Wisdom, by means of not focusing on all phenomena, through the Great Vehicle, he will definitely attain the state of all-knowingness. This is the antidote to the second conceptual thought that clings to the path of meditation. These have shown the accomplishment of the accumulations.
