It can make ashes fly, rise into the air, rain down drops of water, manifest as rivers and oceans, and appear as land and mountains. If one can completely master fire, one can create billowing smoke, blazing flames, rain down showers of sparks, suppress flames, burn anything one desires, create visions seen by the divine eye, manifest light, attain complete nirvana, or burn the body at the appropriate time, and so on. If one can completely master wind, one can move like the wind, create gatherings of wind, and so on. If one can completely master blue, one can transform into a blue form, create darkness, and so on. If one can completely master yellow, one can transform into a yellow form, transform things into gold, and so on. If one can completely master red, one can transform into a red form, and so on. If one can completely master white, one can transform into a white form, dispel sleep and drowsiness from afar, destroy darkness, manifest visions seen by the divine eye, and so on. If one can completely master consciousness, one can transform into a form of light, dispel sleep and drowsiness from afar, create visions seen by the eye, and so on. If one can completely master space, one can make the obscured unobscured, transform into space between land and mountains, demonstrate behavior, pass through walls and so on without obstruction, thereby attaining accomplishment. If one continuously cultivates completion, completion will arise. The spheres of mastery are eight. Internally perceiving form, even when seeing subtle beautiful and ugly colors of external forms, one knows by mastering those forms. Seeing by mastering, and perceiving in this way, this is the first sphere of mastery. Similarly, internally perceiving no form, while external forms are coarse. Similarly, one should do this in four ways, or internally perceiving no form itself, namely blue and yellow.

, and red, and white are seen, and they change into eight forms. That which is called "blue" is the word of the teaching. That which is called "blue color" is for the sake of taking as close the blue that is born together. That which is called "appearing as blue" is for the sake of taking as close the blue that arises from combination. That which is called "blue hue" is for the sake of taking as close that which comes as the radiating light of those two. That which is called "subduing with power" is for the sake of being in control. That which is called "having subdued with power" is by way of the path of calm abiding. That which is called "having subdued with power, seeing" is by way of the path of special insight. That which is called "understanding thus" is because there is understanding without manifest pride in that which is subdued with power and that which is not subdued with power. Of the two examples, one is born together. The second is for the sake of showing that it arises from combined color. For example, that which is called, "like this," is a concluding word showing that flowers and cloths are blue in color. That which is called "blue color" is with regard to the flower, because its blue is born together. That which is called "appearing as blue" is with regard to the cloth, because its blue arises from combination. That which is called "seeing as blue hue" is with regard to both the flower and the cloth, because both appear as color. Even more than having given that example, it is reasonable to say, like this, like a flower of the Omakā that is complete with abundance, and like a cloth of the region of Varanasi that is blue, "blue color," and so forth. For yellow, the flower of Karnika; for red, the flower of Bandhujīvaka; for white, the light of the lotus that is complete with the abundance of stars; and cloth, because they have become under the power of that which is the object subdued with power. It is the birth place of subduing with power. What is without affliction? The wisdom of the yogi who, abiding in meditative concentration, does not cause affliction to arise in others and abides in guarding, and the mind and mental factors that are in complete accord with that wisdom, because they do not cause the enemy of affliction that exists in the continuum of others, are without affliction. That
