The difference in freedom from afflictions between the Shravakas and the Buddhas is as follows: As it is said: Shravakas are gods without afflictions, They completely abandon human afflictions, The cities of the Victors and so on, They cut off the stream of afflictions, free from afflictions. Thus it is taught. Thus, the Shravakas, seeing any sentient beings in cities and so on, think that it is not right for afflictions to arise, and they desire to completely abandon human afflictions. However, they do not look at them. The Buddhas, the Bhagavat, think that they should not become the cause of afflictions by focusing on themselves. They desire to look at them very much, and having looked, they uproot the cause of afflictions. What is the knowledge after making aspirations? It is said that by abiding in meditation and aspiring to know this in this way, one obtains it as before and knows the three times. Or, whatever one desires to know, one arises with the desire to know that. After making aspirations with the mind, one enters into Samadhi, and when one arises from it, that aspiration is fulfilled and the object of knowledge is also known. Among them, the difference between the Shravakas and the Buddhas in the knowledge of the place of aspiration is as follows: As it is said: The Buddha's knowledge of the place of aspiration, Is spontaneously accomplished and abandons habitual tendencies, Is unobstructed and permanent, And desires to answer all questions. Thus it is taught. Among them, spontaneously accomplished means entering by its own nature. Abandoning habitual tendencies means not interrupting the continuity. Unobstructed means entering into all objects of knowledge. Permanent means abiding in constant equanimity. Desiring to answer all questions means answering all the questions asked. From the perspective of the Shravakas, it should be understood that it is the opposite of this. What are the six Abhijna (higher knowledges)? They are: the Abhijna of the realm of magical power, the divine eye, the divine ear, the knowledge of the minds of others, the recollection of past lives, and the Abhijna of the exhaustion of defilements. The explanation of these is just as it is said in the "Explanation of the Key Instructions". The four kinds of separate correct knowledge, namely the separate correct knowledge of Dharma, is abiding in meditation. Thus, the nomenclature

Beginning with ignorance, the samadhi that proceeds without obstruction to ignorance, invisibility, non-manifestation of thoughts, etc., is called all. Knowing each meaning correctly means knowing without obstruction the meaning of the self-characteristic and general characteristic dharmas, and other intentions, etc., which has been extensively explained. Knowing each definitive term correctly is: any place where beings, in their own languages, for their respective places, and the definitive terms of the terms of different concepts of self and general characteristics, such as, it is destroyed and extremely destroyed, therefore it is called the world; it can be form, therefore it is called form, etc. Knowing each fearlessness correctly means being unobstructed to the various distinctions of the Dharma, etc., as before. Among them, the various distinctions are existent in substance, existent in designation, existent in ultimate truth, etc. What are the four kinds of complete purity? That is, the basis of acceptance, abiding, and truly benefiting, abiding as desired, therefore it is the purity of the basis. Transforming and completely transforming by the object, entering by the practice as desired, therefore it is the purity of the object. Having mastery over wisdom and mastery over samadhi, therefore it is the purity of mind and the purity of wisdom. What are the ten powers? That is, in this way, having power over life, relying on the desire to live, the collection is obtained by the perfection of the perfection of generosity. Why is that? Because by giving enjoyment, beings are necessarily related to life. Having power over the mind, thinking as desired to be manifested, is the nature of true collection. Because by giving enjoyment, the thoughts of beings follow such a mind. Having power over resources, the supreme true near collection as desired to be manifested is the attainment. Because truly giving beings the resources as desired. Having power over actions, the actions of body and speech as desired, abiding near, is obtained by true collection.
