And, towards those who do not respectfully listen, the Tathagata does not rejoice or become angry, but always acts with equanimity; this is the third close placement of mindfulness. The nature of non-forgetfulness is that the Buddhas do not transcend the time when working for the benefit of all sentient beings; therefore, this can be explained as they have no other tasks to do. Completely destroying habitual tendencies is that, even though afflictions have been completely abandoned here, acting as if afflictions have not been abandoned is said to be the habitual tendencies of afflictions. The Buddha, the Bhagavan, has abandoned these and no longer possesses them; therefore, it is shown that there are no habitual tendencies of afflictions. Great compassion is the intention to benefit others; therefore, the Bhagavan always contemplates the world three times during the day and three times during the night. How does he contemplate? Whose roots of virtue are not yet mature? Whose roots of virtue are mature? Who is a vessel suitable for demonstrating eminence? Who is a vessel suitable for demonstrating definite benefit? Who is a vessel suitable for attaining Buddhahood? What should be done for whom? Thus he contemplates. The eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha are: the Tathagata has no confusion, no clamor, no forgetfulness, no diverse thoughts, no unequal mind, no undiscriminating abandonment, no complete loss of desire, no complete loss of diligence, no complete loss of mindfulness, no complete loss of samadhi, no complete loss of wisdom, no complete loss of liberation. All actions of the body are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. All actions of speech are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. All actions of mind are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. For past time, he has the wisdom eye of non-attachment and non-obstruction. For future and present time, he has the wisdom eye of non-attachment and non-obstruction. Unmixed speech refers to complete enlightenment in all aspects.

As stated in the commentary. What is omniscience? Some say that it is summarized by the sixteen aspects of consciousness that focus on the four truths. Others say that it is also summarized by the wisdom of those and all phenomena being without substance, without birth, without cessation, primordially peaceful, and naturally in nirvana. Some say that here it is not intended to explain the aspects summarized by the side of the antidote, but even so, it is explained as the complete fulfillment of all meanings, so like a wish-fulfilling jewel, it will accomplish the faultless wishes of all sentient beings. Others say that because it is established as abandoning all aspects, that is called omniscience. That is, like this, others say that it possesses all three kinds of obscurations: the obscuration of afflictions, the obscuration of knowledge, and the obscuration of habitual tendencies. All these explanations of omniscience are good, but because it has the essence summarized by the tenth alaya consciousness, such as the state of knowledge in question, omniscience is very good, so said the teacher Sangkyong. This itself is very good, because the complete accomplishment of the object is: after establishing it as omniscience, Subhuti! The sign of what is objectified as without essence, and the cause of mindfulness of the owner, and the sign of no sign with peaceful aspects, is called omniscience, this is what is shown. Among them, what is called the cause of mindfulness of the owner, is because of the attention that is completely in accordance with omniscience in that and that place, this is what is shown. Here, the nature is the Dharmakaya. The reason is that after it has completely ripened, in whatever and wherever, with whatever and whoever, whenever the action becomes beneficial, in that and that place, that appears. This refers to the appearance of the emanation body. Having done so, Bodhisattva Mahasattva Akashagarbha and other sentient beings.

It still exists in the manner of how to benefit all (sentient beings). Even if inferior beings are established on the path, it is reasonable that they are still not completely liberated from the suffering of having virtuous roots because their own causes have not yet fully matured. As it is said: Even if the king of gods sends down rain, bad seeds will not grow; even if the Buddhas appear in the world, those without spines cannot experience goodness. Therefore, because (the Buddha's) activity is vast, it is certain that the Buddha is said to be all-pervasive. Because it (the activity) never runs out, it is also said that (the Buddha) is constant. This is how it is taught. With this intention, the Buddha is said to be universally present and constant, so this is not in conflict with (the emptiness of) elaboration. Explanation of the aspect of the Dharmakaya.
