Nor is it without. Nor is it without attributes. Without form, invisible, unimpeded. Thus, by the realization that the absence of characteristics is the single characteristic, the Dharma is unborn, and since all Dharmas are regarded as different names that are not different from each other, seeing the unborn for the sake of complete purification from all Dharmas to Buddhahood is closely attributed to the Perfection of Wisdom. In that way, Bodhisattvas and the five types of beings will also become indistinguishable. Since there is no cultivation of entering the stream and so forth, and the path to attaining enlightenment, the practice of asceticism is also unreasonable. Likewise, the Tathagata's manifestation of complete and perfect enlightenment to unsurpassed, complete, and perfect Buddhahood, and then turning the wheel of Dharma, will also cease to exist. Subhuti said: Venerable Shariputra, I do not think that there is attainment or comprehension in the unborn Dharma. I do not think that there is stream-entry in the unborn. I do not think that there is the fruit of stream-entry, starting from here, showing that it is not appropriate to accept all Dharmas. And, regarding the unborn and born Dharmas, asking whether the born and unborn are obtained or will be obtained, because it shows that neither is considered real, therefore, asking about obtaining the unborn and born Dharmas is to prevent the belief that both are real. Asking whether there is no future attainment and realization, because both are said to be the two truths, therefore, just as saying realization, it is also said that both exist in conventional truth. Therefore, because the birth of the unborn is prevented, I also have no confidence to speak about the birth of the unborn. Why is that? Because the unborn, confidence, and speech, whatever exists, because it is without characteristics, it does not possess the realization of birth. Why is that? Because all Dharmas themselves are unborn. In this regard, confidence is the word of speaking. Speech, because it is what is to be spoken, therefore it is speech, that is, meaning. Just as attainment and realization exist in conventional truth, so too, the difference of the five paths

Generosity is also the same as this. What is the reason for that? Because, in terms of ultimate truth, it is devoid of the characteristics of karma, maturation, birth, cessation, all afflictions, and purification. If someone asks: Will an unborn dharma arise? Or will a born dharma arise? Then, both of these arising are prohibited, meaning that the existing dharma is that. If someone asks: What does it mean to not want an unborn dharma to arise? Starting from form, up to all dharmas, the unborn also does not arise, and saying unborn dharma, there is no obstacle to answering all questions, therefore, the venerable Subhuti is the most excellent among those who teach the Dharma, because he does not abide in all dharmas, so he is excellent, because he is suitable to teach the Prajnaparamita, so it should be known that he is independent. From the aggregates of form, etc., to all dharmas, because of holding onto selflessness, and not abiding in internal and external, etc., it should be known that he is independent in abiding in the teaching of non-perception. In this sutra, the venerable Shariputra said: Form is empty of the nature of form, therefore it does not abide in the internal, nor does it abide in the external, and so on. With the definite arising of the path as independence, the venerable Shariputra, there is also mundane generosity, and there is also supramundane generosity. When teaching the path to attain all-knowingness, because of clinging to the object of generosity, the giver, and the receiver, therefore it does not waver from the world, is not superior, and does not transcend, therefore it is called mundane generosity paramita. The generosity of the three circles being completely pure, dedicated to perfect enlightenment, thus it wavers from the world, is superior and transcends, therefore it is called supramundane generosity paramita. Similarly, it should also be said for the Prajnaparamita. Because the determination of the supramundane path has been obtained, therefore it is wavering from the world. Because it is approached by skillful means, therefore it is superior. Because the obstructing dharmas have been completely abandoned, therefore it is
