When patience is to be declared, starting from the one called "showing the cause of constant practice," each of the aggregates such as form is separate from the nature of the aggregates such as form. Similarly, from the realms and sources, etc., up to the unmixed, being separate from the nature of suchness, etc., is because it is the nature of suchness, etc. Therefore, for the time being, patience is superior as an object of special attention because all dharmas are without self-nature, as stated in the sutra: Shariputra, endowed with life, form is separate from the nature of form, etc. Aggregates such as form, etc., and suchness, etc., each being without self-nature, this shows that all dharmas are superior in form because of being without self-nature. As stated in the sutra: Shariputra, endowed with life, the nature of form is non-existent, and Shariputra, endowed with life, because of those names, therefore form is separate from the nature of form, etc. Each of them is separate from the nature of characteristics, and nature is also separate from nature. This explains that the nature of characteristics and the characteristics of nature are superior in form and distinction because they are mutually without essence, as stated in the sutra: Shariputra, endowed with life, the nature of characteristics is also separate from characteristics, etc. The characteristics of nature are also separate from nature. Such learning is to show that it will definitely become the cause of attaining all aspects, therefore obtaining what corresponds to small patience is small patience. In order to explain the middle, why will it definitely become the attainment of all aspects? When universally asked, Shariputra, endowed with life, this is because all dharmas are unborn and unarisen, from the aggregates, realms, sources, etc., also because of the emptiness of self-nature, birth and cessation are invisible, those in order

Indeed, all dharmas are distinguished by their unborn nature as objects. Therefore, it should be understood that the absence of arising is a distinguished aspect. A Bodhisattva who has attained the tolerance of conformity has attained the state of being beyond the three kinds of distinctions from evil destinies. Complete liberation from maturation means attaining complete purification of the body and so on, as taught. As it is said in the sutra: "The closer one gets to the knowledge of all aspects, the more one attains complete purification of the body, complete purification of the mind, and complete purification of the name." Complete liberation from the cause of evil destinies means not generating a mind of desire, as taught. As it is said: "One does not generate a mind with desire, one does not generate a mind with hatred," and so on. Attaining complete liberation from complete deterioration means that one will be born by transformation, go to other Buddha-fields, purify the fields, ripen sentient beings, and be free from the cause of not being perfectly complete enlightenment, as taught. As it is said in the sutra: "One does not generate a mind of desire," and so on, "one does not generate a mind with views, and one will never be born in a mother's womb." That one is always constantly born by transformation, goes to Buddha-fields, and ripens sentient beings, and so on. In order to explain the great by explaining the intermediate, the Blessed One, if a Bodhisattva, unskilled in means, practices the Perfection of Wisdom, if he practices form, he practices signs, and does not practice the Perfection of Wisdom, beginning from there. If one practices the aggregates of form and so on, one practices signs, thus preventing the practice of the Perfection of Wisdom. And from each of those considered to be permanent, impermanent, suffering, happiness, self, non-self, peaceful, unpeaceful, empty, not empty, and likewise the elements, sources, and so on, from practicing signs, one does not practice the Perfection of Wisdom.

Having forbidden saying "is doing." If it is done to me and others, it is not skillful means, these are great patience. The absence of characteristics of all dharmas is itself superior by its object. If it is done like that, from "entering the stream" to the wisdom and abandonment of the Arhat, that is the patience of the Bodhisattva. Likewise, having made the patience abide in the absence of characteristics, it is shown to be the eighth bhumi. Well done! Well done! Son of good family! Patience in ultimate truth, obtaining the dharmas of the Buddhas, that is this. Patience is also shown to be momentary, the great is also shown to be momentary. From "skandhas etc." to "unmixed," and by forbidding "abiding," "belief," and "conception," because all dharmas do not have "abiding," "belief," and "conception," it is a particularly excellent form. If asked: How does one abide in that patience? By skillful means, not clinging to it, it shows the practice of cessation from form etc. to unmixed. Starting from "skillful means," the emptiness of form is not form, and emptiness is not other than form, showing that form etc. and emptiness are mutually of one essence. It is clearly shown that definitely liberating from falling into the extremes of samsara and nirvana is skillful means. Again, why does one not fall into samsara and nirvana? If one clings to some dharmas, that is nearly forbidding clinging. Showing that all dharmas are without self-nature is obtaining great patience, showing great patience. Patience for the great dharma is called patience. Having shown patience, in order to show the excellence of dharma, Shariputra, endowed with life! Also, Bodhisattvas abiding in samadhis, starting from here, quickly obtain the cause of unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment, immeasurable samadhis exceeding a hundred samadhis etc. As it is said in the sutra: the samadhi called "Heroic Walking," the samadhi called "Jewel Seal," the samadhi called "Lion's Arising"
