Transformation, as it is said: Practices to be done and, Truths, all Buddhas, etc., Without attachment and without fatigue, The path is completely grasped and, Eye consciousness is known as five. Manifest qualities are six, The path of seeing is called supreme, The path of cultivation is ten instructions. Thus it is declared. Among them, what is the instruction for practice? Shariputra, when a Bodhisattva Mahasattva practices the Prajnaparamita, the Bodhisattva should not truly follow and see, starting from here, practicing in a non-referential way, this practice is not common with the Shravakas, etc., therefore, this Jambudvipa, filled with beings like the Bhikshu Shariputra and Maudgalyayana, filled like a reed forest, etc., as an example, starting from here, each direction is filled with worlds as numerous as the sands of the Ganges, surpassing the wisdom cultivated by the Bodhisattva Mahasattva in one day, thus it is declared. Shariputra, if this Jambudvipa is filled with beings like the Bhikshu Shariputra and Maudgalyayana, like a reed forest, or a sugarcane forest, or a bamboo forest, or a rice field, or a sesame field, what is the meaning of what is said? The four parts of determination and, the path of seeing and, the path of cultivation are connected in order, like reeds, the harm of karma and afflictions is small and can be endured, like sugarcane, although oppressed by fierce karma and afflictions like fire and weapons, the stream of virtuous roots is not constantly cut off, like sugarcane, when obtaining other places in the stages of birth and death, one will be born in the good realms, the constant and uninterrupted union does not depart from the sweetness of Dharma practice, like an arrow, because of manifest penetration, it is the cause of realizing the path of seeing, like a rice field, it is the supreme fruit of the realization of the noble ones, like a sesame field, flowers and other things are not different.

Even if it is completed now, starting from how to manifest realization, considering the difference of what is abandoned by practicing at other times, it should be understood like the six metaphors. Why say "grove"? This is to understand the differences in the types of faculties, etc., of other individuals such as those who realize warmth. Even if many meanings are examined, they can be understood through one metaphor. For the time being, the word "earlier, earlier" is mentioned to guide the later metaphors. If that is the case, then why is "or" mentioned at the end? This is to guide the understanding of the happiness of abiding in the Dharma of vision from those noble individuals. If that is the case, then why are other metaphors not explained? This is to understand the nature of those who abide in the Dharma of vision, the essence of the collection of various types. Furthermore, if we examine each statement individually, how many metaphors should be stated! One would obtain the fault of not being skilled in brief explanation. Here, the words are as follows: What the Blessed One said, such as "like the monk Śāriputra and the son of Mitragal," refers to those who have the same realization as what was said. If someone asks, what is the meaning of the Blessed One's extensive statement, "not even close to one in a hundred," etc.? This refers to the difference in number, the difference in power, the difference in kind, and the difference in cause. From the perspective of transcending metaphors, the wisdom cultivated by a Bodhisattva Mahāsattva in one day is particularly superior. Among them, from "not even close to one in a hundred" to "number," it refers to the number without difference in the difference of number. Other numbers besides that should be clearly understood. Saying "hundred," etc., is because by mentioning the difference, it becomes the cause of including the number without difference. In order to understand that it is merely without difference, "hundred," etc., is mentioned to understand that there are many sequences. "Also" refers to the difference of disagreement. "Counting" also refers to the difference in kind, because the kind of Bodhisattva's wisdom is uncountable. "Cause" also refers to the difference in cause.
