Regarding this, the meaning elucidated by the Venerable Subhuti is incomprehensible and profound. It is extremely profound because it is attained without uttering even a single word. It is also stated in other sutras that by personally realizing the path of the ten virtuous actions and by comprehending the profound dependent origination, one perfects the vehicle of the Pratyekabuddha. Because they meditate solely for the benefit of themselves and become Buddhas themselves, they are Pratyekabuddhas. They do not become Hinayana hearers because they do not rely on the teachings of others. If one asks whether they will become perfectly enlightened Buddhas, the answer is no, because the perfectly enlightened Buddhas benefit sentient beings by knowing all aspects, and therefore they are more superior than them. The Pratyekabuddhas become manifestly enlightened themselves to the extent that they realize something. Furthermore, what and how much do they realize? It is taught: 'Because the conceptualization of the object is diminished, and the conceptualization of the subject is not abandoned, one should know that the path is like the horn of a rhinoceros, the essence of the true path to enlightenment.' This is taught because they engage in the conceptualization of the object, from the aggregates, elements, and sense bases, up to the omniscient wisdom, extensively blocking the profound and subtle nature. Therefore, it is shown that the Buddhas have abandoned one aspect of the obscuration of knowledge, thus implicitly indicating that they are superior to the Shravakas. This is not the teaching of verbal Dharma, but it is explained from the perspective of the Pratyekabuddhas, up to the point of not establishing enlightenment, because they have abandoned the conceptualization of the object. The statement that there is no establishment of letters is because it is their own realization. Some wish to abide in the fruit of stream-entry, up to the point that even if some wish to attain Pratyekabuddha enlightenment, it cannot be accomplished without relying on this patience. This is stated because when knowing the path itself, all paths must be made the object. On the path of the Pratyekabuddhas, they have abandoned the conceptualization of the object, but the conceptualization of the subject

Speaking from the perspective of unabandoned empowerment, those sentient beings are like illusions, and the teachings of the Dharma are also like illusions. This is because solitary realizers have not realized the absence of grasping at entities. Previously, speaking from the perspective of the all-knowing, it was said that one should train like an illusory person. Starting from showing that there is no contradiction between that and this, from the aggregates and so on up to nirvana, it is explained as being like a dream and like an illusion. Why is that? Because illusion and nirvana, etc., are non-dual and cannot be made dual. The path of the solitary realizer has not abandoned the aspect of grasping. Speaking from the perspective of the empowerment of the basis of realization, it shows that non-returning Bodhisattvas, great beings, and so on, seek the Perfection of Wisdom, thereby refuting the meaning of solitary realizer. Those themselves, regarding form and so on, and its emptiness and so on, prevent mutual discrimination. Why is that? Because it is like this, no Dharma has been spoken or taught about this, and likewise, no sentient being believes in this. Whatever is said up to that point, under the empowerment of the solitary realizer, no sentient being believes. Furthermore, in the place of the combination of the basis, the term Bodhisattva has no meaning and is invisible, which clarifies it. Venerable Subhuti, then from this Perfection of Wisdom, the three vehicles are shown to be vast, starting from there, after the completion of the boundaries of many aspects. Venerable Shariputra, it is so, starting from there, the great Bodhisattva surpasses all the worlds, and even becomes endowed with the courage to enter into the extraordinary. That also, through the mode of invisibility, the meaning of wanting to realize is truly established, and in order to show that even without a basis that has become a real thing, one can obtain the Dharma of realization, emanated flowers are scattered. Those flowers are also like unborn flowers, starting from form.
