Having prevented, they are patient with all things. Thus it is taught. As it is said in the sutra: One should not abide in the notion that form is permanent or impermanent. One should not abide in the notion of pleasure or suffering, of self or no-self, of peace or non-peace, of emptiness or non-emptiness, of signs or no-signs, of aspiration or no-aspiration, by not dwelling in a manner of non-objectification, and so forth, it is said. Beginning with the ten grounds, by extensively teaching non-abiding, it is said to transform into the supreme Dharma. What is taught is the path of the noble Hearers. As it is said in the sutra: The great Bodhisattva should not abide in a manner of objectifying the first ground, and even in my Buddha-field, may there not be the sound of Buddha, thus abiding in a manner of objectification is unreasonable, as it is extensively taught. Why? Because the Buddha, having known, did not see all phenomena. The sutra thus spoken is like this, thus the Tathagata, Arhat, Perfectly Awakened One, having manifested perfect enlightenment in unsurpassed perfect complete enlightenment, yet does not objectify all phenomena, and so forth, beginning from those. This is called being connected with distinctions, therefore it is the path of the Hearers. The Bodhisattva is in a manner of non-objectification in all things. Having made it the freedom to know the path, what is to be known is the explanation of the nature of the Hearer's path. Explanation of the Solitary Realizer's Path Having spoken of the Hearer's path, the Solitary Realizer's path should be spoken of. In that, briefly, for the sake of realizing the self-nature of self-arising, even if others teach, it is not necessary, the wisdom like a rhinoceros horn, is manifested as the nature of profoundness. This means it is the Solitary Realizer. The meaning of not needing others to teach is that, in terms of the Solitary Realizer's path, one can understand the language of yakshas, etc., but the meaning spoken by the Venerable Subhuti cannot be understood, as it is taught. Those yakshas, etc.

My meaning is to make you understand, this is the sound of a Yaksha. In general, words are the complete expression of what one wants to say, no matter how much, that is language, which is the meaning of what is called speech. Whatever question is asked by someone, answering that question is expression. Like this, it can be understood that the Prajnaparamita spoken by the venerable Subhuti, the one who abides, is to explain, express, show, differentiate, clarify, and definitively show, that is incomprehensible. To show after praying there is to explain. If asked, to answer is to express. These two are explained because of the ignorance of the object to be tamed, that is to show. To specifically show for the sake of the negligent is called differentiation, that is, starting from the fact that the sons of the gods did not say a single word, prohibiting speaking and listening, therefore the Prajnaparamita and the perfect complete enlightenment are without letters. Using the analogy of snakes, dreams, echoes, illusions, etc., to show that there are no letters, because there is no hearing or understanding. If you ask, how can the Dharma and words be without? Because it is the cause of obtaining the fruit of the Dharma, and speaking the words of the Dharma will also become a great distraction, because distraction will also cause great disturbance of mind, considering this, the Buddha, the Bhagavan, when he was a Bodhisattva before, made this vow: After I attain Buddhahood, like a wish-fulfilling jewel, even without saying a word, I can teach the Dharma, and be able to perfectly complete the work of benefiting sentient beings. In order to show that even without saying a word, it is possible to show the meaning. Whatever, whatever meaning, in whatever way you listen to it, there, even if there is no sound, there is meaning, that is how it appears. That is what is to be expressed. There, this is the profound wisdom, just as it is said in the Sutra: Wonderful, venerable Subhuti, this is clarification, for showing what is more profound than profound, entering what is more subtle than subtle. That is what was said.
