From the perspective of counteracting attachment, since the perfections and so on cannot necessarily arise, it is prevented that the signless dharmas abide in necessarily arising. Why is that? Because, it is the very prevention of their nature, and necessarily arising from the three realms, and the all-knowingness itself. Why is that? Because, it is said that their own nature is emptiness. From the perspective of the clinging of the path of seeing, since Arhats, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Perfectly Complete Buddhas and so on cannot necessarily arise, it is prevented that the signless dharmas abide in necessarily arising. Why is that? Because, they are empty of those. Why is that? Because, it is prevented that their emptiness, and necessarily arising from the three realms, and necessarily arising as all-knowingness. Why is that? Because, their own nature is empty of those. Similarly, it is shown that the nature of the fruit of stream-enterer, self-enlightenment, and all-knowingness is emptiness. From the perspective of the antidote to the second conceptualization of the clinging of the path of seeing, since names, signs, symbols, terms, and designations and so on cannot necessarily arise, it is prevented that the signless dharmas abide in necessarily arising. Why is that? Because, they are empty of those. Why is that? Because, it is prevented that their emptiness, and necessarily arising from the three realms, and abiding in all-knowingness. Why is that? Because, their own nature is emptiness. Among them, naming refers to ideas, forms, feelings, and so on. Establishing a sign refers to this thing having the characteristic of being able to be corrupted, so it is form, and so on. Feeling refers to experiencing, and so on. Establishing a symbol refers to how sentient beings call out in their own language and symbols, with the distinctions of realms, migrations, and birthplaces.

Pa'o. The distinctions of all these are also threefold: designation, imputation, and merely following the designation as it is, but the ultimate truth is emptiness. Similarly, unborn, unceasing, completely defiled, completely purified, and unconditioned are shown to be empty by nature. By the power of the antidote to the conceptual thought of what is grasped on the path of meditation, you, Subhuti, said, "Where will it abide?" This means that the vehicle does not abide anywhere. Subhuti, like this, all phenomena do not abide. Again, Subhuti, like this, starting from the yoga of abiding in non-abiding, the dharmadhatu, unborn, unceasing, undefiled, unpurified, and unconditioned themselves abide in the Mahayana, and abiding and non-abiding are prohibited. Why is that? Because they are empty of those. Why is that? Because abiding in emptiness and prohibiting non-abiding. Why is that? Because their own nature is emptiness, so it is shown. By the power of the antidote to the second conceptual thought of what is grasped on the path of meditation, you, Subhuti, said, "What will that vehicle definitely arise from?" This means that the vehicle does not definitely arise from anything. Why is that? Subhuti, like this, if that vehicle is what it is, and all those phenomena from which it will definitely arise do not exist and are not visible, then from which of the phenomena will it definitely arise? Starting from here, why is that? Because self, sentient beings, and so on are very pure, so there is no object. The dharmadhatu and so on, and the aggregates up to non-mixture, are also invisible because they are held to be very pure, because it is invisible to regard each as its own nature. Why is that? Subhuti, the dharmadhatu is without object.

This is to explain that from "unmixed" to "between," the target is invisible. The reason why "very pure" is mentioned here is to understand the reason why the path of meditation is very pure. Because of the control of the antidote to the grasping of the path of meditation, from entering the stream onwards, up to the perfectly complete Buddha, it is close to being very pure, so there is no target. What has no target? One's own nature has no target. Why is that? Because, Manjushri, from the stream-enterer having no target, up to the perfectly complete Buddha, everything has no target, so it is explained that it is invisible. Taking control of the second antidote to the grasping of the path of meditation, from the fruits such as the stream-enterer, to the ten bhumis such as Joyful, as well as the White Pure Vision Ground, the Lineage Ground, the Eighth Ground, the Seeing Ground, the Thinned Ground, the Desire-Free Ground, the Accomplished Ground, the Solitary Buddha Ground, and the Buddha Ground, all the noble beings who have become the fruit of the path, it is explained that invisibility is the reason for the imputation. Furthermore, the four kinds of conceptualizations previously explained are in accordance with and related to the decisive part. Therefore, here, eight kinds of control of the antidote are explained. Compassion and so on are the nature of the cause of enlightenment, so they are called "accumulation." The Ornament for Clear Realization is a treatise on the instructions of the Prajnaparamita, and is an explanation of the accomplishment of accumulation. Explanation of the Accomplishment of Renunciation After explaining the accomplishment of accumulation, the accomplishment of renunciation will be explained. For the sake of the goal and equality, effortless effort for the benefit of sentient beings, as well as very renunciation, and the true renunciation obtained, as well as all-knowingness, and the path of renunciation, having eight aspects, is called the accomplishment of renunciation. This is what is to be explained. So, the translation of renunciation is
