The first is the transformation into the second. The second is not the first, for example, the second, which relies solely on the pure apprehended conceptualization, is not the first. Speaking in terms of the conceptualization that grasps the object as a person existing as a substance, starting from that non-apprehending yoga, up to the aggregates, up to the omniscient nature, with the emptiness non-apprehending yoga, will the illusory man necessarily realize the omniscient nature? From that to the aggregates, and the fearlessnesses, and the omniscient nature, the illusion showing mutual essence as one, the illusion completely afflicts, and the purification, and the birth, and the cessation are prevented, therefore from that pāramitā to the unmixed, will one necessarily realize the omniscient nature and will one attain the omniscient nature? This is saying that the necessary realization is prevented. The first is the conceptualization of grasping. The second is the conceptualization of grasping, speaking in terms of the object of a person existing as a designation, it is to show the bodhisattva designated on the aggregates of appropriation, that sutra is, Subhūti, what do you think? Whatever is recognized and completely recognized and designated and labeled as a bodhisattva, for example, are the five aggregates of appropriation? He replied, "Bhagavan, it is not so." And so on. Similarly, one should combine the two parts of the sutra and the treatise elsewhere. I have not exemplified anywhere in order to avoid the fault of numerous treatises. From the gate of the birth and cessation of the designation of aggregates and so on, whatever is applied to the necessary emergence into the omniscient nature, by following that necessary emergence, the illusory man himself should train in that way, it should be known that this is what must be grasped. Similarly, "Bhagavan, I will know that those five aggregates themselves are an illusory man," and the aggregates such as form are dreams and sounds and

Examples such as hair whorls, water moons, mirages, and illusions are contradictory to the meaning of the example because the nature of non-existent things is not observed. That is, starting from the Blessed One's statement, "Form is like an illusion," etc., because of inner emptiness, etc., the aggregates, etc., have no object of focus, so the meaning of the example is not appropriate. Therefore, it should be known that the three phrases, "without discouragement, without fear, and without regret," and the three phrases, "without dread, without panic, and without terror," are taught in order. Among them, fear of what is not a place is dread, like a wrong path. Because of its absence, there is no discouragement. Constant fear is universal panic, which is not averted from the fear that has arisen. Because of its absence, there is no fear. The definitive understanding of universal panic is terror, and because of its absence, there is no regret. It is the second of the conceptual thoughts of grasping. Starting from that and that, connect to this and this. Because it does not exist in this way, it is called ignorance, which is the first ignorance. The second is that because one is not skilled in means, one conceptualizes the Perfection of Wisdom and is manifestly attached. Because one knows the path, one will certainly not arise and will not attain omniscience, that is, the aggregates like images are without self-nature.

From the perspective of skillful means, what is said is the absence of discouragement, and starting from causes such as not being afraid, starting from the complete mastery of skillful means, each of the aggregates of form, etc., is impermanent, suffering, emptiness, selflessness, peaceful, solitary, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, with a mind fully corresponding to all-knowingness, because of not clinging, so when teaching that these themselves are impermanent and so on, practicing non-attachment with all-knowingness, and the generosity paramita fully corresponding to the mind, and impermanence and so on themselves are the discipline paramita of mindfulness, without clinging to the supreme, similarly, the six elements of earth and so on are impermanent and so on, the patience, aspiration, and discrimination of the patience paramita, here also the gap called the space element should be made impermanent. Aggregates, etc. For impermanence, etc., discriminate, and possess non-attachment, the diligence paramita of not abandoning or discarding the mindfulness fully corresponding to all-knowingness, and the meditation paramita of not distinguishing the occasions of mindfulness with an inferior mind, from the aggregates, etc., to the emptiness between the unshared dharmas of the Buddha, that is, realizing emptiness, and those and emptiness are also one to one connected in their own nature, the wisdom paramita, because the aggregates, etc., are inseparable from the unshared dharmas of the Buddha themselves, so it is called inseparable. In this sutra it says: When a Bodhisattva practices the Prajnaparamita, he distinguishes in this way: Form is not empty, form is not form itself. Form itself is emptiness. Emptiness is also form. Feeling is not empty, feeling is not feeling itself. Feeling itself is emptiness, and so on. This is skillful means. What is said is the complete holding of the virtuous friend, starting from the aggregates, etc.
