If it is said that one will fall into extremes, How it is discordant is clinging, how it is antagonistic is non-clinging. And how is it discordant? It is clinging to existence and non-existence caused by untrue pervasive thoughts. How is it antagonistic? In any case, those do not exist. And how do those not exist? Shariputra, endowed with life, if it is not mind, then will existence or non-existence become an object? After being asked, he asked back which mind is without mind, and answered that this is without place and without knowledge. Explaining the object of the truth of cessation and the path, and the differences of aspects, it is a fault to cling to the fact that cessation and the path should be manifested and cultivated. In this sutra, it says: This cessation should be manifested, by this cessation should be manifested, this path should be cultivated, by this one should cultivate the path and not cling, and so on. Among them, "in this way" refers to the fact that each of the truths such as suffering and origin are spoken of with four aspects. "By this" refers to the limbs of enlightenment that have become the cause. By this, cessation and the path are explained as the gate of liberation without characteristics, and there are also three kinds of characteristics: the characteristics of clinging to the defiled and purified dharmas that should be relied upon and should not be relied upon, the characteristics of abiding in the training that should be practiced and should not be practiced, and the characteristics of skillful means and non-skillful means for generosity and other perfections and non-perfections. From those, the absence of characteristics is clearly shown in the opposite way. For defiled and purified dharmas, one should rely on, one should not rely on, one should practice, one should not practice, one should learn, one should not learn, generosity and other perfections, and skillful and skillful means for perfections that are different from this.

And also non-, manifest attachment, especially abiding, and consciousness are craving for the Dharma that is in accordance, which is called a fault. The sutra for this is: This is all afflictions. This is completely purified. These dharmas should be practiced. These dharmas should not be practiced. This should be practiced. This should not be practiced, starting from the absence of manifest attachment, etc. It is craving for the Dharma of accordance and discrimination. Accordance means craving for the Dharma that conforms to customs, which is called a synonym for afflictions. If someone thinks that this fault of the Bodhisattva can be understood, it is because it is the nature opposite to faultlessness. Starting from "In emptiness of inner, emptiness of outer is not truly seen," it shows that all emptinesses separately prevent each other from being seen. The sutra for this is: He does not truly see emptiness of outer in emptiness of inner. He does not truly see emptiness of inner in emptiness of outer, etc. The nature of completely cutting off all signs of arrogance is shown by relying on the path: the aggregates such as form, the perfections, the aspects of enlightenment, various correct knowledge, powers, fearlessness, the unshared dharmas of the Buddha, and the arrogant mind of knowing even the name of the mind of enlightenment are all prevented. The sutra for this is: One should train like this, form should be known, up to the dharmas of the Buddha should be known, and the mind of enlightenment should be known, but one should not be arrogant because of that. This clearly shows the object of the truth of the path in particular. Among them, the name of the mind of enlightenment should be known, which means that these are just names. For example, the mind of enlightenment is not a substance, nor is it completely established, it should be viewed in this way. Why? Because the mind is not the mind, but is the very nature of luminosity.
