It is because it is beyond counting. It is taught that it is said, "Ravana, form is also called immeasurable," etc. The difference between unequal and equal is that, since it has been revealed, it should be understood that it is close to everything from the aspect of the difference of cause. Or, for suffering, knowing the Dharma and following knowing, these two are equal to the unequal Buddha by the ultimate of special excellence, which is called unequal and equal, which is what is to be shown. Because it is completely beyond equality and inequality, it is the abode and protector of all sentient beings. Therefore, the Tathagata approaches with the great deeds of Prajnaparamita. For the Shravakas and others, there is also the nature of forbearance of knowing the Dharma, is it not the same? Why is the Tathagata shown as the object of such inconceivable dharmas? Starting from "Ravana, form is also inconceivable," up to the omniscient, because all things are without self-nature, so the Tathagata is reasonable to say the inconceivable, etc., because he has understood the inconceivable and the unobjective. In addition, the Tathagata reveals the inconceivable and other dharmas by the metaphor of the sky, because the Tathagata is unique in clarifying knowledge. The teaching of the unpolluted Dharma is to explain that it is not without fruit by the perfect illusion, because it truly clings to liberation from many remaining afflictions, etc., and at the time of teaching, it is taught that the fruit is obtained. The difference of the noble ones is to gather everything, and the forbearance of knowing the Dharma in the origin is to gather, that is, like the metaphor of the minister, all the dharmas of the Shravakas, Pratyekabuddhas, Bodhisattvas, and Buddhas are based on the great deeds, etc., by being truly in accordance with the Prajnaparamita. Why is that? Because the sutra says, "There is no complete clinging to form, and there is no manifest clinging," which is what is to be shown. Therefore, understanding is the unique reason. The difference to be known is understood by the difference of the person.

That which is gathered by the Dharma-knowledge-acceptance regarding the origin is that which is to be known by the subtle aspect of this, and by the wise, the clear, and the faithful. Therein, the subtle is subtle because it engages with the meaning of suchness. The wise is wise because it engages with the meaning of all, that is, because it realizes the nature of things as they are and as many as they are. These are also of two kinds: the so-called wise are those who have previously thoroughly trained their minds, and those who have obtained it through birth by individual beings, which can encompass both meanings, that is, they are perfectly endowed with wisdom. Clear-mindedness is because it sees the truth, so it has the knowledge to encompass both meanings, so it is clear-minded. The unique characteristic of being gathered by the subsequent-knowledge-acceptance regarding the origin is that the wisdom from following those who have passed away as numerous as the beings in the three-thousand great-thousand world realms, up to becoming solitary buddhas, and abandoning and developing faith in this, etc., will all turn into excellence. The characteristic of quick knowledge gathered by the subsequent-knowledge regarding the origin is that by extensively explaining this as an excellent Dharma, those who diligently strive in this, relative to the Hearers' Vehicle, will quickly attain nirvana. The characteristic of neither few nor many gathered by the Dharma-knowledge-acceptance regarding cessation is that even if all beings have completely attained nirvana from the unsurpassed perfect enlightenment, there will be no increase or decrease in this, because it is the greatness of reaching the other shore. The characteristic of intense practice gathered by the Dharma-knowledge regarding cessation is that, taking the example of a cow not abandoning its calf, possessing hearing and faith, etc., is because previous hearing, etc., is the cause. The characteristic of correct combination gathered by the subsequent-knowledge-acceptance regarding cessation is that those who rely on many Buddhas, having passed away from Tushita and been born here, because they have not thoroughly questioned in previous lives, and have doubts about this, and have not heard of inner emptiness, starting from "not thoroughly questioned," these people will fall into two states and generate desire, because previously.
