It is for the sake of obtaining that. If the विशेषता (khyad par du 'phags pa) that excels by having equality is shown, as it is said, it excels by being held by skillful means and a virtuous friend, from what is shown there, from the perspective of skillful means, what is said is from the cause of not being discouraged and not being afraid, etc., starting from being held by skillful means, viewing each of the form aggregates as impermanent, suffering, emptiness, selflessness, peaceful, solitary, emptiness, signlessness, wishlessness, with a mind fully endowed with all-knowingness, separating and not fixating, when teaching the Dharma of those very things as impermanent, etc., with a mind fully endowed with all-knowingness that trains without objectification, and the perfection of generosity that is fully endowed; and those very impermanent things, etc., contemplating them as the perfection of morality, which is without supreme clinging; similarly, for the six elements such as earth, enduring impermanence, etc., and wishing, and the perfection of patience that distinguishes; here also, impermanence should be done by what is called the space element of the hole. Aggregates, etc. For impermanence, etc., distinguishing and having non-fixation, the perfection of diligence that does not abandon or discard the contemplation that is fully endowed with all-knowingness; and the perfection of meditation that does not distinguish the time of contemplation with a mind endowed with inferior thoughts; and emptiness from the aggregates, etc., to the unmixed Dharmas of the Buddha, that is, realizing emptiness, and those and emptiness are also connected to each other by their essence, the perfection of wisdom, because from the aggregates, etc., to the unmixed Dharmas of the Buddha themselves and not being separated, so it is said. This sutra is: When a Bodhisattva practices the Prajnaparamita, he distinguishes and contemplates in this way: Form is not empty, form is not form itself. Form itself is emptiness. Emptiness is also form. Feeling is not empty, feeling is

It is not like that. It is said that feeling itself is emptiness, and so on. It is skillful means. The instruction on how a virtuous friend should be embraced is as follows: From the aggregates and so on, up to the unmixed, the instructions are on impermanence and so on. To completely dedicate those roots of virtue to the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment is the instruction of a virtuous friend. A virtuous friend is, again, what is unskillful in means? It should be understood that whatever contradicts the skillful means as described above. What is it? From the Perfection of Wisdom to being separated from the unmixed, cultivating with a mind that is fully in accordance with all-knowingness, and being frightened by the mind that focuses on it, and so on, this is the instruction of unskillful means. What is an unvirtuous friend? It should be understood that whatever contradicts the intention as described above is a sinful friend, and therefore, one teaches the Perfection of Wisdom through self-creation and so on. Coming in the guise of a Buddha, saying, "What use is it to you to cultivate the Perfection of Wisdom?" and so on. Teaching sutras and so on that are fully in accordance with the Hearer Vehicle. Saying, "What use is the mind of enlightenment to you?" and so on, uttering deceptive words. From the sense bases of the eye and so on, up to the unmixed qualities of the Buddha, if I or mine are empty, and one realizes the unexcelled, perfect, and complete enlightenment, what use is it to you? Here, the speaker who teaches the deceptive Dharma is a demon. Similarly, up to speaking in the guise of a solitary realizer, a hearer, a Khenpo, an Acharya, or a celibate. These are also the deeds of a demon. Not teaching the Bodhisattva Vehicle should be known as a sinful friend, from the instruction that a Bodhisattva should abandon this up to here. Thus, by establishing the unfavorable and the antidote, by showing the characteristics of skillful means and a virtuous friend, one embraces all that is in accordance with the definitive.
