གྲོ་དྷ་ལྟར་ཆུ་ཞེང་གབ་པ་དང་དབུ་གཙུག་ཏོར་དང་ལྡན་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་མངའ་བརྙེས་པའི་སྔ་ལྟས་སོ། །ཡུན་རིང་པོ་ནས་འཇམ་ཞིང་སྙན་ལ་མཉེན་པའི་ཚིག་བརྗོད་པས་ན། སྟོང་གསུམ་གྱི་སྟོང་ཆེན་པོའི་འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ཁམས་ཇི་ཙམ་བཞེད་པའི་བར་དུ་ལྗགས་ཀྱིས་ཁེབས་པར་མཛད་པའི་ཕྱིར་དང༌། ངག་གཅིག་བརྗོད་པ་རྣམ་པར་རིག་པ་དུ་མའི་རྒྱུ་མཚན་ཡིན་པའི་ཕྱིར་ལྗགས་རིང་བ་དང༌། འཇིག་རྟེན་གྱི་ ཁམས་མང་པོས་བར་དུ་ཆོད་པ་དང༌། གམ་ལ་གནས་པའི་གདུལ་བྱ་རྣམས་ཀྱི་རྣ་བའི་དབང་པོའི་ཡུལ་དུ་མཚུངས་པར་གྱུར་པའི་གསུང་དབྱངས་མངའ་བའི་ཕྱིར་ཚངས་པའི་དབྱངས་ཏེ། དེ་རྣམས་ནི་ངག་གི་ལམ་ཡན་ལག་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་གསུང་དབྱངས་ཐོབ་པའི་སྔ་ལྟས་ཏེ། ངག་གི་ལམ་ཡན་ལག་ལྔ་དང་ལྡན་པའི་གསུང་དབྱངས་ནི། ཀུན་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་ཞིང་རྣམ་པར་ཤེས་པར་བྱ་བ་དང༌། མཉན་པར་འོས་ཤིང་མི་མཐུན་པ་མེད་པ་དང༌། ཟབ་ཅིང་རྗེས་སུ་སྒྲོགས་པ་དང༌། མི་ཚུགས་ཤིང་རྣར་སྙན་པ་དང༌། རིག་ཅིང་ཁྱབ་པར་བྱེད་པའོ། །རིག་ཅིང་ཞེས་བྱ་བ་ནི་རྟོགས་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་བརྗོད་པ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེ་ཉིད་ཀྱིས་ན་ཁྱབ་པར་བྱེད་པ་ཞེས་གསུངས་ཏེ། གདུལ་བྱའི་སྐྱེ་བོ་སྣ་ཚོགས་ཀྱི་རྒྱུད་རྟོགས་པར་བྱེད་པའི་ཕྱིར་རོ། །ཡུན་རིང་པོར་ཚིག་རྐྱལ་པ་ལས་ལོག་པ་དང༌། དུས་སུ་སྨྲ་བས་ན་འགྲམ་པ་སེང་གེ་འདྲ་བ་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་ངག་བཙུན་པའི་སྔ་ལྟས་སོ། །རིམ་གྲོར་བྱེད་པ་དང༌། མི་བརྙས་པ་དག་དང༌། འཚོ་བ་ཡོངས་སུ་དག་པས་ན་ཚེམས་ཤིན་ཏུ་དཀར་བ་ཚེམས་མཉམ་པ་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་འཁོར་སྔ་ནས་བསགས་པའི་སྔ་ལྟས་སོ། །ཡུན་རིང་པོ་ནས་བདེན་ཞིང་ཕྲ་མ་མེད་པའི་ཚིག་ཀུན་ཏུ་སྤྱད་པས་ན་ཚེམས་ཐགས་བཟང་བ་དང་བཞི་བཅུ་མངའ་བས་ཏེ། དེ་ནི་འཁོར་མི་ཕྱེད་པའི་སྔ་ལྟས་སོ། །འཁྱུད་པར་བྱེད་པ་དང་སྨོད་པར་བྱེད་པ་ལ་ཡང་ཆགས་པ་དང་སྡང་བ་མེད་ཅིང་རྨོངས་པ་མེད་པའི་སྤྱན་གྱིས་གཟིགས་པས་ན་སྤྱན་མཐོན་མཐིང་དང་རྫི་མ་བའི་ལྟ་བུ་སྟེ། དེ་ནི་ཀུན་ནས་མཛེས་པའི་སྔ་ལྟས་ཏེ། སྤྱན་ཕྱེ་བའི་རང་བཞིན་ཅན་དང་ཆོས་མཚུངས་སོ། །སྐྱེས་བུ་ཆེན་པོའི་མཚན་སུམ་ཅུ་རྩ་གཉིས་བཤད་ཟིན་ཏོ།། །།དཔེ་བྱད་བཟང་པོ་བརྒྱད་ཅུ་རྣམས་བརྗོད་པར་བྱ་བ་ཡིན་ཏེ། དེས་ན་གསུངས་པ་ནི་སངས་རྒྱས་བཅོམ་ལྡན་འདས་རྣམས་ནི་འདུ་བྱེད་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཆགས་པ་དང་བྲལ་བས་ན་སེན་མོ་ཟངས་ཀྱི་མདོག་ལྟ་བུ་དང༌། །རང་གི་སྐྱེ་བོ་བཞིན་དུ་སེམས་ཅན་ཐམས་ཅད་ལ་ཕན་པ་དང༌། བདེ་བར་དགོངས་པའི་ཐུགས་མངའ་བས་ན་སེན་མོ་སྣུམ་པ

犹如草地般隐没水面，且具有顶髻，那是获得自在的先兆。长久以来，由于宣说柔和、悦耳、温顺的语言，能以舌头覆盖三千大千世界，以及说一句即是多种智慧的原因，所以舌头长。由于诸多世界阻隔，对于近处所化的众生，也能具有同样传到他们耳根的音声，所以具有梵音。这些是获得具有五支的语妙音的先兆。具有五支的语妙音是：完全了知且能辨别，适于听闻且无有不合，深奥且随之宣说，不粗俗且悦耳，明智且普及。所谓“明智”，就是指“使领悟”，因此说“普及”，是为了使所化各种众生之根器得以领悟。长久以来远离虚妄之语，且适时而语，所以面颊如狮子，那是语言端正的先兆。由于行供养、不轻蔑他人以及清净的活命，所以牙齿非常洁白且牙齿整齐，那是往昔积累眷属的先兆。长久以来，恒常使用真实且无有离间的语言，所以具有牙齿紧密且四十颗牙齿，那是眷属不分离的先兆。对于亲近和詈骂，也以无有贪嗔痴的眼睛观看，所以眼睛绀青且睫毛如牛王，那是完全美好的先兆，与眼开的自性相同。三十二大丈夫相已经宣说完毕。现在要宣说八十随好，因此说，诸佛薄伽梵们由于远离对一切造作的贪执，所以指甲如同红铜色。如同对待自己一样利益一切有情，且具有思念安乐的心，所以指甲润泽。

Like grass hidden in the water, and possessing a crown protuberance, that is a sign of attaining mastery. For a long time, due to speaking gentle, pleasant, and soft words, being able to cover the three thousand great thousand worlds with the tongue, and because speaking one word is the reason for many kinds of wisdom, therefore the tongue is long. Because many worlds are separated, and for the beings to be tamed who are nearby, also having the same sound that reaches their ears, therefore possessing the voice of Brahma. These are the signs of obtaining the voice of eloquence with five branches. The voice of eloquence with five branches is: to be fully known and to be distinguished, to be worthy of hearing and without disagreement, profound and subsequently proclaimed, not vulgar and pleasing to the ear, intelligent and pervasive. The so-called "intelligent" means "to cause understanding," therefore it is said to be "pervasive," in order to make the faculties of various beings to be tamed understood. For a long time, abstaining from false words, and speaking at the right time, therefore the cheeks are like a lion, that is a sign of upright speech. Because of making offerings, not despising others, and having a pure livelihood, therefore the teeth are very white and the teeth are even, that is a sign of accumulating retinues in the past. For a long time, constantly using truthful and non-divisive words, therefore having well-aligned teeth and forty teeth, that is a sign of the retinue not separating. Towards those who are close and those who scold, also looking with eyes without attachment, hatred, or ignorance, therefore the eyes are dark blue and the eyelashes are like a bull king, that is a sign of complete beauty, being the same as the nature of the opened eye. The thirty-two major marks of a great person have been explained. Now the eighty minor marks are to be spoken, therefore it is said that the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, are free from attachment to all formations, therefore the nails are like the color of red copper. Benefiting all sentient beings as if they were oneself, and having a mind that thinks of happiness, therefore the nails are smooth.

, because of being born into a noble caste and lineage, the nails are high; because there are no improper behaviors, the fingers are round; because of accumulating vast roots of virtue, the fingers are full; because of gradually and correctly accumulating roots of virtue, the fingers are gradually slender; because the activities of body, speech, and mind are complete, and pure enjoyment is concealed, the veins are not visible; because the knots of afflictions are untied, the veins have no knots; because it is a nature of being extremely well hidden, the ankles are not visible; because of certainly being liberated from all fears, the feet have no unevenness; because it is a lion among humans, it walks with the gait of a lion; because it is an elephant among humans, it walks with the gait of an elephant; like the king of swans flying in the sky, it walks with the gait of a swan; because it is the most excellent among men, it walks with the gait of the most excellent; because it possesses the path of harmony, it walks to the right; because it is pleasing to the eye when viewed, it walks beautifully; because there is always no deceitful mind, the body is upright; because it demonstrates extremely pure qualities, the body is soft and comfortable; because sinful dharmas are thoroughly purified, the body is like being wiped clean; because the Dharma is taught in order, the body is proportionately fitting; because body, speech, and mind are pure and complete, the body is pure; because the nature of the mind is gentle, the body is soft; because the nature of the mind is pure, the body is pure; because the Dharma and Vinaya are perfectly complete, the marks are perfectly complete; because of proclaiming vast and beautiful qualities, the limbs of the body are vast and excellent; because of having equanimity towards all beings, the steps are steady; because the gaze is extremely pure, the eyes are pure; because of teaching the Dharma with extreme gentleness, the body is extremely youthful; because of always having a fearless mind, the body is fearless; because the roots of non-virtue are destroyed, the body is full; because the connection with rebirth is exhausted, the body is extremely firm; because of skillfully demonstrating the limbs and details of dependent origination, the limbs and details are extremely distinct; viewing
