Now printed is, "The Blessed One Constantly Enters," and so on. Shariputra, what do you think? The wisdom of a Bodhisattva, cultivated for one day, for what fruit does it abide? Starting from "all sentient beings completely escape suffering, perfect the six perfections, obtain the characteristics of the Dharmakaya, for the sake of activities, union, and realization, correctly obtain the ten virtuous paths of action, as well as great Kshatriya Sala trees, etc., all the hosts of gods, constant entry, etc., the wisdom of perfect complete enlightenment, if there is no Bodhisattva, it will not arise," the teaching, as a place of giving, the answer is given with the meaning of accomplishing excellent merit. Among them, the four that correspond to the decisive part, as well as the paths of seeing and cultivation, in order, like reeds, the harm of karma and afflictions is small and unbearable, like light encountering fire and weapons, even if encountering fierce harm from karma and afflictions, the roots of virtue are not cut off, like sugarcane, even if obtaining other states, in order to cut off evil destinies, in the rebirths of good destinies, with uninterrupted union, not leaving the sweetness of Dharma practice, like arrow bamboo, in order to quickly manifest realization, realizing the path of seeing, like rice, it is the excellent fruit of the realization of the noble ones, and how to tend towards manifesting what is seen, like sesame, even if things like flowers are not different, but at other times, for the difference of abandonment in cultivation, taking the path of seeing as the main thing, one should know these six metaphors. Asking what is the meaning of stating the garden? Answer: Even if the differences of beings, the differences of faculties, etc., are different, but for becoming warm, etc., one should know that the kinds are not different, for this meaning, even if examining many meanings, one metaphor is enough. Temporarily, with the word "path," it is to guide the metaphors mentioned earlier, that is, the later metaphors. However, what is the meaning of stating "path" at the end? The noble

It is to know that those people abide in bliss in the Dharma of Vision, and to draw other examples. So why not mention other examples? It is to know that those who abide in bliss in the Dharma of Vision have natures of various kinds, and the nature of being categorized by type. If examples are given separately, how many examples would have to be given, and one would become unskilled in detailed explanations, so the meaning of the words here is like this. Like the monk Shariputra and Maudgalyayana's son, exactly like that, what is said here is to be applied to those who are in accordance with the realization as spoken. What is the meaning of saying extensively, "Even one-hundredth is not close," and so on? This is to show the difference in the number of bodhisattva's wisdom cultivated in one day, the difference in power, the difference in kind, the difference in cause, and the transcendence of examples. Among them, from "Even one-hundredth is not close" to "number" is the difference in number. Counting without distinction is for the purpose of knowing that counting is different from that. When mentioning one hundred and so on becomes distinct, mentioning numbers without distinction is for the purpose of knowing that it is only the difference in cause contained in the number. Mentioning hundreds of thousands and so on is for the purpose of knowing the order of many wisdoms. "Also" is the difference in power. "Counting" is the difference in kind, because the kinds of bodhisattva's wisdom are uncountable. "Cause" is the difference in action, that wisdom will not even become the cause of this. "Even an example is not close" is transcendence of examples. Also, which bodhisattva is referred to here? It refers to the one whose wisdom, when cultivated in one day, has such qualities. Is it the first generation of mind, or entering practice, or non-retrogression, or only one life left? For the time being, the fourth is not, because the tenth bhumi is the Tathagata. What is the meaning? The deeds of the Tathagata

Because it is close, it is called Tathagata, but not because it has penetrated the mind of the Tathagata. The third case is also incorrect, because the eighth-ground Bodhisattvas have already prevented intentional Nirvana, so their wisdom far surpasses all Sravakas. Therefore, O princes, you should believe, you should understand. If the Buddhas, the Bhagavat, had not led the Bodhisattvas into the gate of enlightenment, then they would enter Nirvana at that time. So, what is Nirvana? If it is the Nirvana of the Sravakas, then it is temporarily unreasonable, because the intention to seek the Nirvana of the Sravakas has been completely abandoned for a long time since the generation of Bodhicitta. If it is said to be the Nirvana of the Buddha, then the Nirvana that is abandoned through practice is also unreasonable, this should be forgotten. In this teaching, there are many different ways of establishing Nirvana. For example, for those who have attained the peak, explaining the roots of virtue is Nirvana. For those who have attained forbearance, the complete cessation of evil destinies is Nirvana. For those who have attained Samadhi, the limbs of Samadhi are Nirvana. For those who have entered the stream, the eighth existence is Nirvana. For those who come once, the second existence here is Nirvana. For those who do not return, the desire realm is Nirvana. For Arhats, it is Nirvana with remainder. Here, the Lotus Sutra is also taken as a standard, just as the Nirvana establishment of Sravakas is proclaimed to the great Bodhisattvas such as the venerable Sariputra, it should be known that this is also an intentional Nirvana, because the work of benefiting sentient beings will be interrupted before that time. Therefore, in order to cut off the activities of all sentient beings, it is said that this is Nirvana here. The second case is also incorrect, because
