It is said to be the tenth bhumi of a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva. As it has been said, the characteristics of the dharmas that completely purify these bhumis, such as contemplation, etc., are already in the sutra itself, so I will not speak of them. Having done so, the Venerable Subhuti asked: "Bhagavan, how is the superior intention of a Bodhisattva-Mahasattva completely purified?" and so on. The category of bhumis has been explained. Since the category of antidotes is to be spoken of, it is said: In the paths of seeing and habituation, the conceptualizations of what is grasped and what grasps, in order to pacify them, it is said that there are eight kinds of antidotes. Thus it is said. These eight conceptualizations are these: Briefly, there are four conceptualizations of the dissimilar aspects of the path of seeing. Among them, there are two kinds of conceptualizations of what is grasped: relying on the nature of things alone, and relying on the antidote. There are two kinds of conceptualizations of what grasps: relying on the person as being substantial, and relying on the basis of what is imputed to a person. The dissimilar aspects of the path of meditation are also these four: relying on the aspect of the nature of things alone, and relying on the aspect of the antidote, these are the two kinds of conceptualizations of what is grasped; relying on what is imputed to all noble persons, and relying on the reason for that imputation, this is what grasps. There are also two kinds of conceptualizations. Thus, the conceptualizations of the three realms are these eight kinds. Therefore, in terms of the third question, Subhuti, what you said, from where does that vehicle arise, that is, it arises from the three realms in the manner of an object of focus, and in the manner of non-duality, where does the all-knowingness abide in bliss. Why is this so? Because, whether it is the Great Vehicle or the all-knowingness, the dharma of these two is neither possessing nor not possessing, it is precisely because of this. And so on. Thus it is said. Among them, in terms of the antidote to the first conceptualization of what is grasped on the path of seeing, the Dharmadhatu, and Suchness, and the ultimate reality, and space, and abandonment

Why is that? Because the aggregates such as form are empty because of them. Why is that? Because for their emptiness, it is prevented to ascertain arising from the three realms and abide in all-knowingness. Dreams, mirages, illusions, echoes, optical illusions, images, and emanations are also the same as before. Why is that?

It is said that this is because their own nature is emptiness. On the path of seeing, in order to counteract the second conceptual thought of grasping at appearances, the designations of names, signs, symbols, and terms are the same as before. Why is that? Because they are the emptiness of themselves. Why is that? Because the emptiness of themselves is also the same as before. Why is that? Because their own nature is emptiness. Similarly, the nature of unborn, unceasing, undefiled, undefiled, unpurified, and uncreated is also emptiness. The designation of names refers to feelings, forms, sensations, and so on. The designation of signs refers to things that can become shapes are forms, and so on. The designation of symbols refers to how the sounds of sentient beings are called symbols according to the categories of realms, destinies, birthplaces, and births. All three of these forms are designations of terms, because they are only terms here, so they are empty in the ultimate truth. On the path of meditation, in order to counteract the first conceptual thought of what is grasped, the fourth question is asked: "Subhuti, where does this vehicle that you speak of reside?" It means that the vehicle does not abide anywhere. Why is that? Because all dharmas have no abiding place. Subhuti, beginning with "Subhuti, however, that vehicle will abide in a non-abiding manner," up to the realm of dharma, unborn, unceasing, undefiled, unpurified, and uncreated, likewise, abiding and non-abiding are also negated for the Great Vehicle. Why is that? Because they are the emptiness of themselves. Why is that? Because abiding and non-abiding are also negated for their emptiness. Why is that? Because their own nature is emptiness.
