It is said to be so. The second is also not, because the realization from those is particularly superior. If someone asks, like this, what is the wisdom and abandonment from entering the accumulation path to the solitary buddha, the answer is: that is the bodhisattva's forbearance. It will be explained like this. Therefore, with the irreversible Dharma, the mind arising from names, the bodhisattva who first generates the mind, here appears to be the one who first generates the mind. If that is the case, Shariputra, what do you think? The fruit of the wisdom cultivated by a bodhisattva in one day, starting from "abiding for what benefit," until "all sentient beings are completely liberated from suffering, the six perfections are completely fulfilled, and the intention, application, and realization encompassed by the Dharmakaya are all truly attained," these will not change here. Because these are not the fruit of the wisdom cultivated in one day, but the fruit of the wisdom of countless eons. Here, the analogy of the lamp wick burning out is also used, the initial mind generation and the subsequent fruit are the path. The instructions on practice have been explained. What is the true instruction? What is the instruction on the four noble truths? Among them, with regard to the truth of suffering, the Blessed One said, "Shariputra, if a bodhisattva mahasattva diligently cultivates the emptiness of form, it is said to be diligent cultivation," and so on. With regard to the truth of the origin, if one does not truly see form as being of the nature of arising or ceasing, does not truly see form as being of the nature of defilement or purification, form is truly assembled with feeling. One does not truly see these as true nature, and so on. Why is that? Shariputra, because the emptiness of form is not form, and so on. Why is that? Shariputra, because form is not different from emptiness, and emptiness is not different from form. Form is emptiness, and emptiness is form.

It is said, "earth" and so on. This eliminates the two extremes of exaggeration and slander. Speaking with regard to the truth of cessation, it is said: Shariputra, emptiness is unborn and unceasing, not completely afflicted, not completely purified, neither decreasing nor increasing, not past, not future, nor present. Whatever is like this, there is no form, no feeling, and so on, up to no ignorance arising, and no ignorance ceasing, and up to no stream-enterer, no fruit of stream-entry, and up to no Buddha, no Bodhisattva. Speaking with regard to the truth of the path, it is said: When he practices the perfection of wisdom, he does not truly see whether he is diligent or not diligent in the perfection of giving to himself, and so on. Because the six perfections are known as the path, it is the path. Again, it is said that the aspects perfectly encompassed by the three doors of liberation are the path. It is said: He does not practice emptiness with emptiness, but the yoga of emptiness is the path. He does not practice signlessness with signlessness, the yoga of signlessness is not the path. He does not practice wishlessness with wishlessness, the yoga of wishlessness is not the path, and so on. This shows that the truth of the path is non-conceptual. Regarding form, he does not practice with the past extreme, and so on. Why is that? Shariputra, the Bodhisattva does not truly see even the past extreme. He does not practice the future extreme with the past extreme, nor does he practice the past extreme with the future extreme, and so on. Why is that? Because the three times are equal. This shows the definiteness of the path. What needs to be determined? Omniscience.
