Because of the reason of having nowhere to go, it is said that permission was not obtained because one's own name was not fully stated. Loss of cause is like abandoning the root and grasping the branches and leaves, meaning the complete loss of cause. Why is that? Because whatever is said, worldly and transworldly dharmas, necessarily arise from the Prajnaparamita. Falling away from tasting wonderful flavors is like a dog, which is what is said to mean falling away from tasting wonderful flavors. Falling away from the supreme vehicle is like an elephant seeking benefit, and while obtaining it, chasing after its footprints, which is what is said to mean completely falling away from the Mahayana. Loss of what is to be done is like the great ocean and the flat cow tracks, which is what is said to mean completely losing what is to be done. Loss of the connection between cause and effect is like a diviner wanting to build a victorious mansion with the dimensions of the sun's immeasurable palace, which is what is said to mean reversing the conformity of cause and effect, therefore losing its order. Falling away from the unsurpassed state is like the territory of a wheel-turning king being flat, which is what is said to mean completely falling away from the state of the Dharmakaya, which is said to be the work of the obstructing demons themselves. The arising of courage to discriminate objects is that those dharmas are not present and not visible in the Prajnaparamita, and much courage of the objects of those dharmas will arise. Being overly attached to writing letters, being overly attached to non-things, being overly attached to the written letters as the Prajnaparamita, being overly attached to the absence of letters in this, attending to objects and so on, gain, respect, tasting the flavors of verses, and seeking skillful means through non-paths, these seven obstacles are because the nature of all dharmas does not exist, because non-things cannot write non-things themselves, and being overly attached to non-things, being overly attached to the written letters as that, being overly attached to the absence of letters in that,

Remembering things like excrement, craving for profit and respect, savoring the taste of verses, abandoning the Prajnaparamita, and seeking skillful means from the Sutras that are blessed by demons, these are all said to be the deeds of demons. Being separated from desire and laziness is also what is said about the listener, the speaker, and the close relationship between each other's desire and laziness. Being separated from different places of desire is also what is said about their mutual desire to go to other places. Being separated from prioritizing profit and from both great and small greed is also what is said about their prioritizing profit and having virtues such as few desires. Similarly, having and not having the qualities of practice, having non-virtuous and non-evil dharmas, giving and being stingy, giving and not receiving, stating the beginning and understanding through various elaborations, as well as knowing and not knowing the Dharma of the Sutras, having and not having the six perfections, being skillful and unskillful, obtaining and not obtaining Dharani, wanting and not wanting to write, and being separated and not separated from desires such as greed, these are called the listener, the speaker, and the close relationship in order, so these eleven separations should be said to be eleven obstacles. As it is said, moreover, from "they have and do not have the qualities of practice" to "they do not have mutual desires such as greed, and the collection of being separated and not separated, it should be known as the deeds of demons" what is said in between. Turning away from the realm of evil destinies is what is said, "If someone comes and proclaims the unpraiseworthy places such as hell." For those who are well-oriented towards the realm of good destinies, it is what is said, "Similarly, if the praises of the Four Great Kings and other gods are proclaimed." This first one is determined by the listener, and the latter one is determined by the speaker.
