的身体已经讲完了。 宣说圆满受用身 现在要宣说圆满受用身。因此，经中说：“三十二相及八十随好，为近受用大乘故，佛受用圆满身而立。” 这表示，此身使佛陀世尊与进入大地的菩萨大士们，一同毫无阻碍地享受大乘佛法的喜悦与安乐。三十二大丈夫相如下：手足有轮相，足跟平满；手足指间有蹼相连；手足柔软且具童相；此身七处隆满；手指纤长，足跟广阔，身形高大端正；足面丰满不显，毛发向上生长；小腿如羚羊腿，手臂修长美观；马阴藏相；身金色，皮肤细薄；每个毛孔各生一毛，且皆向右旋；面具白毫相庄严，上半身如狮子； 此之臂膀头圆，肩部宽广；于此，不美味之物亦显极美味；身如尼拘陀树般，具等身量；顶上有肉髻，舌头修长美妙；具梵音，面颊如狮子，牙齿；极为洁白，牙齿齐密排列整齐；齿数圆满四十；眼绀青色，眼睫毛殊胜。此等即是三十二相。” 经中说。其中，手足有轮相，是指如来手足掌心，具有千辐轮相，轮廓、轮毂等一切圆满，犹如在骨或象牙上雕刻的图案。双足底平稳着地，足不倾斜，故足极安稳；如信国王一般，手足指间有蹼相连，故手足有蹼相连；手足掌心如木棉花瓣般柔软，且具童相，故手足柔嫩；手足、双肩及后颈

The explanation of the body is finished. Explanation of the Enjoyment Body Now, the Enjoyment Body is to be described. Therefore, it is said: "Thirty-two marks and eighty minor signs, for the near enjoyment of the Great Vehicle, the Enjoyment Body of the Buddha is established." This indicates that this body enables the Buddha, the Bhagavan, together with the Bodhisattva Mahasattvas who have entered the great bhumis, to experience the joy and bliss of the Dharma of the Great Vehicle without any hindrance. The thirty-two major marks of a great being are as follows: "Hands and feet marked with wheels, and turtle-like feet; fingers and toes connected by webs; hands and feet soft and youthful; this body has seven high places; long fingers and wide heels, the body is large and upright; ankles are invisible, hair grows upwards; thighs resemble those of an antelope, arms are long and beautiful; genitals are concealed in a sheath; the noble one is golden in color, the skin is thin; each pore gives rise to a single hair, growing well to the right; the face is adorned with a white hair, the upper body resembles a lion; The head of this arm is round, the shoulders are broad; even unappetizing food appears to be of supreme taste; the body is like a banyan tree, with a height equal to its span; the head is adorned with a protuberance, the tongue is long and beautiful; possessing a Brahma-like voice, cheeks like a lion, and teeth; extremely white, teeth even and well-aligned; the number is forty complete; eyes are deep blue, eyelashes are excellent. These are the thirty-two marks." It is said. Among them, "hands and feet marked with wheels" means that the palms of the Tathagata's hands and feet have wheels with a thousand spokes, complete with rims and hubs, in all aspects, like a pattern carved in bone or ivory. The two soles of the feet rest evenly on the ground, and the feet do not slant, so the feet are very stable; like a believing king, the fingers and toes are connected by webs, so the hands and feet are connected by webs; the palms of the hands and feet are as soft as cotton petals and have a youthful appearance, so the hands and feet are soft and youthful; the hands and feet, the two shoulders, and the back of the neck

Because the upper part of the body is large, the upper body is like a lion; because the neck is well connected and completely round, the shoulders are extremely round; like a highly polished gold plate, the throat is full, so the space between the shoulders is full; because the tongue is not damaged by wind, bile, and phlegm, and possesses the discriminating consciousness that corresponds to separately tasting flavors, it knows flavors; because the circumference of the body and the length of the outstretched arms are equal, it is equal all around like a banyan tree; because the crown of the head is round and completely even, it possesses a curl to the right, and because the even head is well developed and has a pleasing topknot, the head possesses a topknot; because it is as wide as the color of the petals of a red উৎপལ་ (utpala) flower, the tongue is long and thin.
