The earth is: The Buddhas benefit all sentient beings, not transgressing the time. Therefore, it is reasonable that their actions have results. The complete destruction of habits is: Acting as if one has not abandoned afflictions, this is called the habit of afflictions. For the Buddha Bhagavan, that too has ceased. Therefore, he is called the one who has completely destroyed the habits of afflictions. Great compassion is the very thought of benefiting. By means of it, at all times, three times during the day and three times during the night, that is, six times a day, the Buddha Bhagavan observes the world. How does he observe? Who is the one whose roots of virtue are fully matured? Who is the one whose roots of virtue are not fully matured? Who is the vessel for showing higher rebirth? Who is the vessel for showing definite goodness? Who is the vessel for the wealth of Buddhahood? What should be done for whom? Thus he observes. The eighteen unshared qualities of a Buddha are: The Tathagata has no confusion, no clamor, no forgetfulness, no unequal equanimity, no diverse thoughts, no unexamined equanimity, no decline in desire, no decline in diligence, no decline in mindfulness, no decline in samadhi, no decline in wisdom, no decline in liberation. In the past, unattached and unimpeded wisdom proceeds. In the present and future, unattached and unimpeded wisdom proceeds. All actions of the body are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. All actions of speech are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. All actions of the mind are preceded by wisdom and followed by wisdom. The unshared exposition is, as it is said, the manifestation of complete enlightenment in all aspects. What is the knowledge of all aspects? Some say that it is the knowledge focused on the four truths, encompassed by the sixteen aspects. Others say that it is also that all phenomena are without essence, unborn, unceasing, primordially peaceful, and naturally in nirvana.

Some say that this is a summary of the wisdom of all aspects. Others say that here it is not intended to describe the aspects summarized by the side of the antidote, but like a wish-fulfilling jewel, from which the meaning sought for the benefit of sentient beings is accomplished without any difficulty. Still others say that because this is the basis of all Buddha aspects, it is called all-knowingness, because it possesses all three aspects of abandoning the obscurations of afflictions, the obscurations of knowledge, and the obscurations of habitual tendencies. If all these explanations of all-knowingness are good, then what the teacher Sarakshita (Bhadrapala) said, that it is called all-knowingness because it is the essence of the ten knowable things such as the Alaya-vijñana that are relevant to the occasion, is very good, because it focuses on the perfect accomplishment. Having mastered all-knowingness, Subhuti (Rabjor) said that the object of all-knowingness is non-things, the master is mindfulness, and the aspect is peace, that is, without characteristics. Among them, the master mindfulness refers to the attention combined with all-knowingness, which is what is said elsewhere. Moreover, the Dharmakaya, which possesses the nature, when the cause is fully matured, in what place, to whom, in what way, and what action becomes beneficial, it will appear there, and the emanation will also appear, which is the necessity here. If this is done, even though Bodhisattvas Mahasattvas such as Akashagarbha exist in a way that accomplishes all the needs of all sentient beings, it is reasonable that they have not been liberated from the suffering of the root of generating arms because their own cause has not fully matured. What is said here is: Even if the king of gods sends down rain, if the seed is not suitable, it will not grow; similarly, even if the Buddhas appear, those without merit cannot experience goodness. Therefore, because of the vastness of the activity, it is certain to say that the Buddha is omnipresent. Because it itself is inexhaustible, it is also said to be eternal. In this way, through this necessity, it is explained that the Buddha is omnipresent and eternal, so there is no contradiction with the treatises. The nature
