It is included as going to rebirth according to one's wishes, and that is what is to be obtained. Why? Because the aspiration endowed with morality is fulfilled. The mastery over faith is: just as the faith is, the lands and so on are turned into gold and other things, included by following that faith, which is to be obtained by perfecting the perfection of patience. Why? Because in past generations, patience followed the faith of sentient beings. The aspiration Mastery is included by accomplishing exactly as desired, which is to be obtained by perfecting the perfection of diligence. Why is that? Because in the past, diligence was not abandoned for the sake of all sentient beings. Mastery over magical powers, which is included by clairvoyance, is to be obtained by perfecting the perfection of meditation, because in the past, one entered into meditation just as sentient beings needed. Mastery over wisdom is included by manifesting wisdom as desired, which is to be obtained by perfecting the perfection of wisdom, because in the past, it was applied to manifesting just as sentient beings desired. Mastery over the Dharma is included by teaching sutras and songs, etc., as one wishes to manifest, which is precisely what is to be obtained by perfecting the perfection of wisdom, because in the past, it was applied to the Dharma of sutras, etc., in accordance with the wishes of sentient beings. The ten powers are as follows: the power of knowing what is possible and impossible, the power of knowing the maturation of actions, the power of knowing meditation, concentration, and attainments, the power of knowing the superior and inferior faculties, the power of knowing various aspirations, the power of knowing various realms, the power of knowing the path to all destinations, the power of knowing death and birth, the power of knowing the recollection of past lives, and the power of knowing the exhaustion of defilements. The meaning of these is extensively explained in the sutras such as the Great Vaipulya Dharani King Sutra.

It should be observed. The four fearlessnesses are: 'How wonderful! I am a perfectly pure Buddha.' After making such a vow, if someone says, 'These teachings of yours have not manifestly and completely attained Buddhahood.' To this, I have not truly seen any reason for anyone's dispute. Because I have not truly seen that reason, I have attained happiness, attained freedom from sorrow, and abide in fearlessness. This is the first. Similarly, after vowing, 'How wonderful! The defilements are exhausted,' if someone says, 'These defilements of yours are not exhausted.' To this, I have no dispute, as before. This is the second. Whenever I have shown the path of liberation to the Shravakas, and they practice it, it is not true liberation, because they completely exhaust suffering and completely cease suffering. If someone refutes this with a reason, I have not truly seen it, as before. This is the third. Whenever I have shown the teachings that obstruct to the Shravakas, and they practice it, it will not become an obstruction. If someone refutes me with this reason, as before, this is the fourth fearlessness. The three non-protections are like this: The Tathagata's bodily conduct is completely pure. If others know, and the Tathagata thinks it needs to be concealed, the Tathagata does not have completely pure bodily conduct. This is the first non-protection. Just as with the bodily activities, the activities of speech and mind should also be spoken of. The three mindfulnesses are like this: When the Tathagata teaches the Dharma, some people listen respectfully, pay attention, and abide with an all-knowing mind, practicing the Dharma that is in accordance with the Dharma. In this way, the Tathagata will not be pleased, will not be delighted, and will not be disturbed. Others do not listen respectfully, etc., and extensively reverse it. In this way, the Tathagata will not be angry, will not be displeased, and will not be distrustful. Some people listen respectfully, and some people do not listen respectfully. In this way, the Tathagata will neither be pleased nor angry, because at all times he possesses mindfulness and awareness, and abides in a state of equanimity. The Dharma of not having forgetfulness.
