Because there is no attachment, it is liberated, called the Samadhi of No Stain. What is the Samadhi called Bravely Going Forth? It is the Samadhi that experiences the realm of all Samadhis. This is the Samadhi called Bravely Going Forth. Thus, one hundred and one Samadhis, up to the Samadhi called Bravely Going Forth, are taught. Samadhi is the basis for the three aspects of attention, such as faith and understanding, to reach their ultimate limit, and therefore it is the cause of generating much merit. The collection of paths spoken of is: Subhuti, furthermore, the great vehicle of the Bodhisattva Mahasattva is like this, starting from the four mindfulnesses, abiding in the antidote to distraction that goes against discipline, such as the conduct of the brave, etc., walking, coming, fully observing, and separately observing all actions with mindfulness, and for exhaling and inhaling, like the example of the potter, fully knowing the length and shortness, for the antidote to the perception of wholeness, like the example of the butcher, separately knowing the aggregates, for the antidote to the perverted purity, like the example of the farmer, separately knowing in the way of not observing impurity within, similarly, for the outer, outer and inner body, abiding in mindfulness by following the body with the body, and also not discriminating the discriminations related to the body, this is the prevention of discriminating things and their characteristics. The charnel ground refers to the place where corpses are abandoned. This body refers to this very life. The way to combine it is to the dead corpse. How to combine closely? That is, this body also has such a Dharma nature and such a self-nature, starting from the state of semen and blood, combining that state with the dead body, thereby determining it to be the Dharma nature of impermanence, it should be known that this is the second sentence. Reaching the ultimate nothingness, etc., also does not exceed this non-constant Dharma nature, this is the third sentence. Sorrow is sorrow because of suffering, that is, suffering and all.

Being inconsistent with suffering becomes suffering. Having that sluggish combination, it is therefore endowed with sluggishness. The so-called "awareness" is very correct knowing. The so-called "having mindfulness" is not forgetting the object of focus. The so-called "complete elimination" is to dispel. What is it? It is attachment and displeasure towards the world. Among them, the body and so on that appear to be directed towards "that" and "I" are attachment. Displeasure is the dejected mind that is associated with unpleasant awareness. Similarly, in order to counter the perversions, establish the mindfulness of feelings as pleasure; to counter the perversion of permanence, establish the mindfulness of mind; to counter the perversion of self, establish the mindfulness of dharmas. Because these enable the reality of non-mindfulness, absence of mindfulness, and being without action, they are mindfulness. In order to prevent the arising and to eliminate unwholesome and unarisen evil dharmas, and in order to generate, abide, and liberate wholesome and unarisen dharmas, these are correctly and non-perversely eliminated by the right abandonments. Therefore, generating aspiration, striving, initiating diligence, completely grasping the mind, and correctly establishing completely, is proper attention, not abandoning it, and in the freedom of proper discrimination, one should know that one word, two words, and two words are the same. The four miraculous feet are having aspiration, diligence, mind, and the samadhi of action, as well as the effort of abandonment. These are the feet for accomplishing various qualities, that is, the limbs, so they are the miraculous feet. Among them, aspiration is the very desire to do. Samadhi is the one-pointedness of mind. Because it is used to manifest the effort to abandon the afflictions, it is its effort. That has eight aspects, namely, aspiration, effort, faith, extreme pliancy, mindfulness, awareness, attention, and equanimity. Having it is having it together. That
