It means that the father is also the most supreme protector. If bathing, directions, time, stars, and objects are also causes in the limbs of dawn and other times of initial entry, other occasions, and offerings, why not explain them? It is because of focusing with a compassionate mind. This is because of that reason. The colors of the external bathing, directions, time, stars, and objects are all included in the word "etc." It is not necessary to make those efforts, because it is accomplished by great compassion, emptiness, and the deity yoga itself. That is, "Bathing and clean sounds are not needed here, asceticism and hardship are not needed, all Buddhas and great Bodhisattvas will be accomplished through constant union." It is like saying this. If you have compassion, you will abide in the three vows, and since that is the ritual of bathing, abiding in the three vows is: "First, it is said in bathing." It is said like that. If you wonder if doing it will become a fault, there is no fault in doing it, and if you are happy with such things and it becomes a cause for yoga, then it should be done. It is not necessary in all cases, but doing it is okay, that is the meaning. Like this, because you have deity yoga, meditate, and when meditation is tiring, do recitation, etc., is: "In the depths of my heart, contemplate the (Tibetan: མུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मुṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: mum, Chinese literal meaning: Mu) syllable with light, from that contemplate eight spokes." It is said like that. I, the inner wisdom hero of Manjushri, in his heart, contemplate the white (Tibetan: མུཾ་, Sanskrit Devanagari: मुṃ, Sanskrit Romanization: mum, Chinese literal meaning: Mu) syllable with various rays of light, from that contemplate the wheel with eight spokes, that is the meaning. Sutra Pitaka, Vinaya Pitaka, Abhidhamma Pitaka, the six of the Great and Small Vehicles, and the main activities and main yogas in the Secret Mantra, these eight turn the Dharma wheel without error, so it is the white eight-spoked wheel. What is its characteristic? "Contemplate having two rims." That is, surrounded by two rims in order. And, the way to write the letters is that the outer rim is called "Kali", that is: Contemplate these. The inner rim is called "Ali", that is: ཨ་

Ā ā ī ī ū ū ṛ ṝ l ḹ e ai o au oṃ aḥ. These are to be contemplated. The navel of the center, which is the heart of the wheel, contemplate Oṃ (藏文:ཨོཾ,梵文天城体:ओम्,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ,汉语字面意思:嗡), which is the guide to others, the letters of the spokes of the wheel. That itself is explained. Immaculate Wisdom) and so on, and those that have svāhā at the end, it is said, and the collection of svāhā. That which is at the end from the heart is counted. Some consider it to be that which has svāhā at the end. The meaning is this: A ra pa ca na dhīḥ (藏文:ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:अरपचन,梵文罗马拟音:arapachana dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:Immaculate Wisdom) svāhā eight, by counting, placing one letter on each spoke. That itself is: On the eight spokes, in a clockwise direction, Write with the mind and contemplate. Thus it is said. Clockwise is from the front to the right, in order. Writing in order is to contemplate clearly. Also, when one becomes weary in the meantime, one should make offerings and praises, and then meditate. If one becomes weary even after that, one should recite, reciting: Oṃ a ra pa ca na dhīḥ (藏文:ཨོཾ་ཨ་ར་པ་ཙ་ན་དྷཱིཿ,梵文天城体:ओम् अरपचन,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ arapachana dhīḥ,汉语字面意思:Om Immaculate Wisdom) svāhā. This is what is taught: In the time of dawn, whether one has bathed or not, it is fine; sitting on a comfortable seat, abiding equally with a mind of compassion, making the five offerings, and images of deities made of cloth and so on, and the maṇḍala, having cleaned them well, and scattering flowers in clusters, and arranging the torma that was spoken of before, or even if one does not arrange the torma, doing the seven-limbed practice that was spoken of before, and contemplating the four immeasurables, or doing the eleven-limbed practice: In all directions and times, The Buddhas, Dharma, and Saṅgha, I take refuge in the Three Jewels. Incense, flowers, butter lamps, etc., Offerings actually arranged and emanated. In all my birthplaces, I confess all the sins I have committed. I rejoice in the virtue of beings, With the Buddhas and their children, with pure minds. I beseech the protectors, great in compassion, To turn the wheel of Dharma. I beseech all the Buddhas, without exception, Not to pass into nirvāṇa, but to remain. For the sake of unsurpassed enlightenment, From this time onward, I will generate the mind [of bodhicitta]. I offer this body to the protectors. Please accept it and grant siddhis. By these virtues of mine, May all beings quickly attain perfection. Individual liberation and the mind of bodhicitta, May [I] abide in the vows of vidyādhara.
