At the end of the food offering, give conch shells, jujube fruits, five-colored threads, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces, whatever is available, and dismiss them with verses such as "You," and request the wheel of wisdom to depart, and abide with radiant pride. This is the ritual of the young girls' torma. Wherever and whenever, the stupa will become the protector of the victorious ones. Now, I will explain the order of the Great Black One's torma offering. After the temple and so on are completed, consecrate it according to the ritual described in the tantras, and then offer all the tormas. In order to protect the abode of the victorious ones, the yogi should place the Great Black One at the entrance of the temple and inside the clean room. His body color is black, he has four faces, a large belly, and ten hands. He wears the clothing of the sky, and his lower body is wrapped in tiger skin. His head is adorned with a garland of skulls, he bares his fangs and is terrifying. His neck and feet are adorned with garlands of skulls. His eyebrows are reddish-brown, and he is adorned with three eyes. The first face is the same as black. The right face appears blue. The left face is red and very beautiful, emitting light equal to a thousand suns. The back is the color of fragrant smoke. One should contemplate his face in this way. He holds a sword, a hammer, a trident, and the strings of a bow.

Bala is the diligent one, contemplate his right hand, in his left hand he holds a skull staff, and dances like playing a lute. Human skin drips with blood, held in the upper hands. He stretches his right leg and dances standing, contemplate him residing in equanimity. Likewise, his retinue, ugly-faced dakinis, lions, elephants, bears, and snakes, those with the faces of cats and dogs, proclaiming "Haha" with clamorous sounds, frightening the ignorant. Contemplate drinking the blood poured into the skull. Having contemplated thus, the yogi, riding a buffalo, the great wrathful Yamantaka, who destroys all the wicked, adorned with six faces and six legs, and six hands, devouring gods and non-gods, in his right hands a hammer, a sword, holding an iron hook in a threatening gesture, with a lasso and a bell, adorning the left hands, with the right leg extended and the left leg extended, likewise in an equal standing posture, among the six assemblies of gods, residing having suppressed all their power. From the letter Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,梵文天城体:हुं,梵文罗马拟音:hūṃ,literal meaning: Hūṃ) in the heart, from the wheel of blazing light, arise the assembly of wrathful clouds, emanating assemblies with identical forms. Contemplate appearing like Indra-nīla, residing in such a form, for the great black heart-breaker, diligently recite this mantra, speak with wrathful words. "Oṃ hrīḥ sṛṣṭivikṛtānana sarvaśatruṃ nāśaya stambhaya hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā" (ཨོཾ་ཧྲཱིཿཥྚྀཿབི་ཀྲྀ་ཏཱ་ན་ན་སརྦ་ཤ་ཏྲུཾ་ནཱ་ཤ་ཡ་སྟཾ་བྷ་ཡ་ཧཱུཾ་ཧཱུཾ་ཕཊ་སྭཱ་ཧཱ།,梵文天城体:ॐ ह्रीः सृष्टिविकृतानन सर्वशत्रुं नाशय स्तम्भय हुं हुं फट् स्वाहा,梵文罗马拟音:oṃ hrīḥ sṛṣṭivikṛtānana sarvaśatruṃ nāśaya stambhaya hūṃ hūṃ phaṭ svāhā,literal meaning: Om, Hrīḥ, Creation, deformed face, destroy all enemies, paralyze, Hūṃ, Hūṃ, Phaṭ, Svāhā). After that, issue this command: Summon and bind with the mantra previously spoken. Having controlled him, the yogi of Yamantaka should issue the command, saying: O Great Black One, for as long as this temple exists, you must protect it, and together with your retinue, you must also listen to the command of the noble Sangha. After that, in order to completely please him, the yogi should offer him a torma.
