When the two hands are stretched out, the thumb should touch the base of the middle finger. Joining the palms and uttering the words, it is proclaimed as the Brahma mudra. Binding the two vajra fists, making the index fingers in the shape of earrings, this is the mudra of the pervading goddess. The right fist is the maiden's, the two mouth fists are the death lord's mother's, the two are the supreme giving, the wealth giving mother's. Having bound the two hands into fists, raising the two fingers is the Chamundi's. Bending the small finger and the thumb, raising the others is the powerful mother's. With the play of the clothes, the two hands should be placed on the crown of the head. This mudra is the wind's. That is the sequence of the collection of mudras. After that, nine filled vessels, especially possessing nectar, should be placed as before. Coming from cow, house, bird, donkey, human, turtle, owl, dog, jackal, and horse, the yogi should fill them with the meats in order. With a mind free from doubt, after offering incense and flowers etc., with the previously spoken mantra and mudra, throw them at the crossroads of the path. The mothers return to their own places, after that, having requested them to depart, dedicating the merit, the yogi, the supreme being, stays as desired. Walking or standing is also fine, sleeping or waking is also fine, impure or pure is also fine, the mothers will become protectors. The supreme minds, pacifying, increasing, etc., whatever work is done slightly, with those tormas, having been pleased, they will become helpers. Striving to receive their command, obstacles etc., whatever there may be, those also, to that very one, will become protectors, saviors, and concealers. On the eighth day of the waxing moon, or also on the fourteenth day, at midnight, make the torma. That

This is the sequence of the Kalachakra ritual. This is the ritual of offering torma to the mothers by means of practicing in various directions. By doing this, limitless merit will be obtained, and it will arise in endless places. Also, the other tormas for those who practice on the plains should be well explained. Among those who practice on the plains, the offering to the bull is the most excellent. Because it is the god who stands up after vomiting, the Bhagavan said so in the Chakrasamvara. The practitioner should get up early on the fourteenth day of the waxing moon and go to a clear and watery river. According to the ritual described in the sutra, the body should be thoroughly washed. The one who diligently keeps vows should dispose of excrement and urine in a secluded place, such as the face. Place seven lumps of earth on the genitals, seven on the buttocks, and seven handfuls of earth on the hands. Then wash with water, and then scatter and drink three times. Touch the ears and so on up to the navel seven times, and after performing the empowerment, throw ashes into the water three times. Give one hundred and eight handfuls of water to Jambhala. Also, in the mandala of Vajradhara, use three handfuls of water. Each one should be offered by the wise with their own mantra. Then, with three handfuls, dedicate it to satisfy with the hundred-syllable mantra. Give five handfuls of water to the pretas, with the mantra of Lokeshvara. Then get up and place eight cows, possessing tall and majestic bulls, in a circular manner. Place the tall and majestic bull in the center. Then fill the vessels for offerings and ablutions with the five products of the cow. After cleansing with a bunch of durva grass, the dakini Dragmo, the corpse-raising mother, and other fierce mothers, the lion-faced mother, the tiger-faced mother, the owl-faced mother, and other jackal mothers, make these seed syllables laugh. With the seed syllable of Vajrasattva, bless the bull in the center. These are its seed syllables. The seed syllable of the wisdom dakinis and others is Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽). The seed syllable of the fierce mother is Ṣhuṃ (ཀྵུཾ,ṣhuṃ,休). The seed syllable of the corpse-raising mother is Yuṃ (ཡུཾ,yuṃ,永). The seed syllable of the fierce mother is Hūṃ (ཧཱུྃ,hūṃ,吽). The seed syllable of the lion-faced mother is Smraṃ (སྨྲཾ,smraṃ,舍). The seed syllable of the tiger-faced mother is Kṣhmryuṃ (ཀྵྨྼྻུཾ,kṣhmryuṃ,恰木永). The seed syllable of the owl-faced mother is Ymryuṃ (ཡྨྼྻུཾ,ymryuṃ,雅木永). The seed syllable of the jackal mother is Kṣhmryuṃ (ཀྵྨྼྻུཾ,kṣhmryuṃ,恰木永). These eight seed syllables, the ninth is the wisdom seed.
