Do. The base of the mandala should be smeared with cow dung, and the Bhagavan Mother Prajnaparamita should not be recited. After completely dedicating the merits, prostrate to all the Tathagatas, circumambulate and stand up, reciting "You" and other words. Bless with the mudra of wonder, and with the pride of your own deity, abide as you wish through the four modes of conduct. This is the ritual of the torma that greatly pacifies obstacles. In order to satisfy the ghosts and the guardians of the directions, as stated in the "Army of Goodness Tantra," the work of the torma is as the scriptures say, and from then on, first explain in detail. For the time being, first gather the food and drinks mentioned earlier, divide them into two parts, and in order to satisfy the ghosts, these verses should be recited.

May it be accomplished. Do this in order to make offerings to the spirits. Then, in order to make offerings to the guardians of the directions, these verses should be recited. Vajrapani of the east, together with the assembly of gods. Please accept these offered tormas. Agni and Yama, the lord of the unreal Rakshasas. The lord of water, the lord of wind, the lord of wealth, and the sun and moon above, the great Brahma. All the gods, the Nagas of the earth, and the gods of the mountains and the secret assembly. The tormas offered to each and every one, please reside in your respective directions, and with your own children, friends, servants, and retinue, together with your armies and retinues, joyfully accept them. Incense, flowers, tormas, and divine food, please accept these and take them separately, may this activity be accomplished. This is for the purpose of pacifying obstacles, or for fulfilling other desires, which should be practiced by the wise. For this torma, although there are no mantras, but only by verses, here the spirits and so on gradually change. The power of asceticism and truth, will be even more perfectly attained. The words of the Bhagavan, are considered to be like mantras. Whatever words are not deceptive, are considered to be secret mantras. The mantras taught by the heretics, therefore are not annihilation. Therefore, the words of those who have attained accomplishment, are indeed mantras. Those four conducts, are said to be mudras. Therefore, in this activity of torma, the verses accomplish the secret mantra. Therefore, here there is no need for mantras such as 'Svaha' to be added. This is the torma ritual for spirits and directional guardians. In order to satisfy all mandalas, as said in the Kalachakra, the activity of torma is extremely secret. Like those who have passed away and the goddesses, the retinues of the mandala, and the wrathful ones, the dakinis, until thirty-six are clearly manifested. After that, further detailed explanations will be given. First, through distinctions such as combination, meditation is considered to be of three types. At its end, the yogi should satisfy the external mandala. The wisdom wheel from one's own heart, through the right and left nostrils.
