བསམ། །རུ་ལུ་རྩ་བའི་སྔགས་དག་ནི། །འབུམ་མམ་བྱེ་བའི་བར་དུ་བཟླས། །ཕྱག་རྒྱ་དངོས་གྲུབ་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་རོ། །ཐུན་མཚམས་མཉམ་པར་གཞག་པ་དང༌། །རང་གི་ནོར་བུ་རིན་པོ་ཆེ། །ཡོད་པར་མ་ཤེས་སྟོར་བར་དྲན། །ཚོལ་བར་འདོད་ན་འདི་ལྟར་བསམ། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་ནི། །ཆོས་འཛིན་རིགས་ཀྱི་གྲུབ་གནས་སུ། །ཐུགས་རྗེས་ས་ལ་མངོན་སྤྲུལ་གཤེགས། །བྱང་ཆུབ་སེམས་ཀྱི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་མཆོག །བྱམས་མགོན་དམ་པ་ཞིག་གིས་བསྟན། །ཨེ་མ་ཁྱེད་ཀྱིས་མ་ཤེས་སམ། །མཐུན་ཡུན་ཀུན་དུ་བདེ་བ་ཡིན། །སྒྲོན་མེས་མུན་ཁུང་གསེར་ཚོལ་ལྟར། །གསང་བའི་སྙིང་པོ་མཛོད་བརྟོལ་ཏེ། །ཐིག་ལེ་གཅིག་གིས་ཀུན་ལ་ཁྱབ། །ཐམས་ཅད་ལུང་ཆེན་ངེས་པར་བསྟན། །འཇིག་རྟེན་གཡོ་རྡུལ་མི་ཡི་རང་བཞིན་རྣམས། །འབར་བ་ལྔ་བཅུའི་ཁྲོ་བོ་ངང་དུ་སྣང༌། །མྱ་ངན་འདས་དང་འཁོར་བའི་རང་བཞིན་རྣམས། །བཙལ་མེད་མ་བཅོས་དེ་ཉིད་རྣམ་དག་ནས། །ཐིག་ལེ་ཉུངས་ཀར་ཙམ་ཞིག་གསལ་བར་བསྒོམ། །དེ་ལས་འོད་ཟེར་རྡུལ་སྙེད་སྤྲོས། །མུན་གསལ་དངོས་པོ་ཀུན་སྦྱངས་ཏེ། །ཐམས་ཅད་མ་བཅོས་སྐུ་རུ་གསལ། །སླར་འདུས་ཐིག་ལེ་ལ་ཐིམ་ནས། །འདོད་ཞུ་ནས་རིམ་གྱི་བསྡུས། །རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའི་སྙིང་གི་ནང༌། །ཨ་གཟུགས་པདྨ་འདབ་བཞིར་གནས། །དེ་སྟེང་གསང་བ་ནང་གནས་ས་རླུང་དང༌། །སྙིང་ག་ནང་གནས་ཆུ་རླུང་གཉིས། །རྣམ་པར་དགེ་ལས་ཟླ་བ་སྟེ། རྡེ་རྗེ་རིན་ཆེན་གཉིས་རང་བཞིན། །དེ་སྟེང་རྡོ་རྗེ་སེམས་དཔའ་ནི། །ཐིག་ལེ་འོད་ཟེར་ལྔ་ལྡན་པས། །དེ་སྟེང་མགྲིན་གནས་མི་རླུང་དག །མགོ་བོའི་ནང་ གནས་རླུང་དཀྱིལ་གཉིས། །དག་པས་ཉི་མའི་དཀྱིལ་འཁོར་སྟེང༌། །པདྨའི་རིགས་དང་ལས་རིགས་སོ། །ཁ་སྦྱར་དབུས་སུ་ཐིག་ལེ་བསམ། །ཡང་དང་ཡང་དུ་འདྲིས་བསམས་པས། །ཡར་འགྲོ་མར་འགྲོ་གཉིས་འགོག་གོ །འགོག་པ་བཞིན་དུ་མཚན་མ་སྟེ། །ལཾ་སྐྱེ་འགག་མེད་པའི་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཀྱི་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་བའི་སྒོའོ། །མཾ་མི་ཟད་པ་ཆོས་ཉིད་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་བའི་སྒོའོ། །པཾ་ཉིས་སྐྱོན་མེད་པ་ཆོས་ཉིད་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་བའི་སྒོའོ། །ཏཾ་ཐོགས་པ་མེད་པ་ཆོས་ཉིད་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་བའི་སྒོའོ། །མུཾ་བརྗོད་པ་ལས་འདས་པའི་ཆོས་ཉིད་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་བའི་སྒོའོ། །ཧཱུཾ་མི་གཡོ་བའི་ཆོས་ཉིད་ཡོངས་སུ་སྣང་བའི་སྒོའོ། །ཨོཾ་ཅིར་ཡང་སྣང་བའི་ཆོས་ཉིད་རྣམ་པར་སྣང་བའི་སྒོའོ། །ས་ནི་ཆུ་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་ནི། །ཀུན་དུ་མཉམ་བྲོས་ཟག་མེད་པའི། །ལས་ཀྱི་ཡེ་ཤེས་དང་པོར་སྐྱེ། །ཆུ་ནི་མེ་ལ་ཐིམ་པས་ན། །སེམས་ལ་དབང་ཐོབ

思。 如鲁根本咒语等，念诵十万或百万遍。 手印、成就、坛城啊！ 座间平等安住，自己的如意宝。 不知拥有，却忆起丢失，若欲寻觅，如是思维。 菩提心之坛城，于持法种姓之成就处，以悲心于地显现化身降临。 菩提心之殊胜坛城，由慈怙至尊所宣说。 唉玛，您不知道吗？恒时皆是安乐。 如灯寻觅暗室之黄金，开启秘密心髓之宝藏，一滴遍布一切。 一切皆是广大学说之确定宣示。 世间动摇尘埃之人性，显现为五十大忿怒尊之姿态。 寂灭与轮回之自性，于无寻无整之本然清净中。 观想如芥子般之明点，由此放射微尘般之光芒。 净化明暗诸事物，一切皆显现为无整之身。 复又汇聚融入明点，从欲乐消融而次第收摄。 于金刚萨埵之心间，阿字形莲花四瓣安住。 其上，秘密内处地风，心间内处水风二者。 清净善业为月亮，金刚珍宝二者自性。 其上金刚萨埵，具足明点五光。 其上，喉间命气，头内 安住风轮二者，清净为太阳坛城之上，莲花部与事业部。 相合中央观想明点，反复串习思维，上下行二者遮止。 如遮止一般之征相， ལཾ་（藏文，लँ，lam，地），生灭无有之法性之显现之门。 མཾ་（藏文，मँ，mam，水），无尽灭法性显现之门。 པཾ་（藏文，पँ，pam，火），无二过法性显现之门。 ཏཾ་（藏文，तँ，tam，风），无阻碍法性显现之门。 མུཾ་（藏文，मुँ，mum，空），超言说法性显现之门。 ཧཱུཾ་（藏文，हुྃ，hum，识），不动的法性完全显现之门。 ཨོཾ་（藏文，ओँ，om，身），任运显现法性显现之门。 地融入水中，一切平等无漏失，事业智慧初生起。 水融入火中，获得对心之自在。

Think. Recite the root mantras of Rulu, etc., a hundred thousand or a million times. Mudras, accomplishments, mandalas! Maintain equanimity during sessions, and your own precious jewel. Not knowing you have it, you remember losing it. If you want to find it, think like this. The mandala of bodhicitta is in the place of accomplishment of the Dharma-holding lineage, where compassion manifests an emanation on earth. The supreme mandala of bodhicitta is taught by the noble Loving Protector. Ema, don't you know? It is always happiness. Like searching for gold in a dark room with a lamp, open the treasure of the secret essence, one drop pervades everything. Everything is definitely taught as a great teaching. The nature of worldly moving dust and people appears as the nature of the fifty wrathful ones. The nature of nirvana and samsara, from the naturally pure state of unsearched and uncorrected, Meditate on a bindu as small as a mustard seed, from which radiate rays of light like dust particles. Purify all objects of darkness and light, and everything appears as an uncorrected body. Again, gather and dissolve into the bindu, gradually contracting from the melting of desire. In the heart of Vajrasattva, the form of the letter A resides on four lotus petals. Above that, the inner secret place is earth and wind, and the inner place of the heart is water and wind. The virtuous karma is the moon, the nature of both vajra and jewel. Above that is Vajrasattva, possessing five lights of bindu. Above that, the life air resides in the throat, and the two wind-wheels reside in the head. Being pure, above the mandala of the sun are the lotus family and the karma family. Combine and visualize the bindu in the center, and by repeatedly familiarizing yourself with the thought, both upward and downward movements are stopped. The signs are like stopping, लँ (Tibetan, लँ, lam, Earth), the door of the manifestation of the nature of reality without arising or ceasing. मँ (Tibetan, मँ, mam, Water), the door of the manifestation of the nature of reality without exhaustion. पँ (Tibetan, पँ, pam, Fire), the door of the manifestation of the nature of reality without dual faults. तँ (Tibetan, तँ, tam, Wind), the door of the manifestation of the nature of reality without obstruction. मुँ (Tibetan, मुँ, mum, Space), the door of the manifestation of the nature of reality beyond expression. Huྃ (Tibetan, हुྃ, hum, Consciousness), the door of the complete manifestation of the unwavering nature of reality. ओँ (Tibetan, ओँ, om, Body), the door of the manifestation of the nature of reality that appears in any way. When earth dissolves into water, all is equal, without leakage, the wisdom of action arises first. When water dissolves into fire, one gains power over the mind.
